DON’T USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS! My older sister rented a property up in Grimsby 7months ago, the landlady decided she wanted to sell her property. As my sister has now moved into a new property with a nicer landlord, before she moved out myself and my sister completely cleaned the house top to bottom plus we have proof of photos. Now Willows are saying my sister needs to pay £407.00 for repairs & redecorating the property, which I think is completely ridiculous as we left the property in immaculate condition. Therefore my mum rang up Willows and told the so called manager that we are taking the landlady to small claim court, she started to say that my mum was being abusive over the phone and high-pitched when she wasn’t. Then hanged up the phone on us in an unprofessional manner, more like she was being high pitched and rude to us, when my mum said that we’ re going to do a bad review on EBay by mistake instead on Google. She did a high-pitched laugh that sounded like a witches cackle, then Slammed the phone down on us again Is totally unprofessional manner again. She needs to go back for re-training! PLEASE BE WARNED AND DON’T USE THEM AS THEY’RE RIGHT RIP-OFFS, PLUS TOTALLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!... Read more

Me and my partner have just been made to feel so small. We were belittled and made to feel so insignificant. The lady who dealt with us became very sharp and extremely unprofessional whilst dealing with us. Instead of maintaining a calm and professional manner she rose her voice to the point we were made to leave. I do not recommend using these people when looking for a house. Poor maintenance all round, not bothering to deal with mould on ceilings and wall, loss power sockets where children are. Leaving pregnant woman to clean black mould in bedrooms with young children, and should be landlords job as mould is toxic and needs specialist treatment.... Read more
