These guys are professional, and do go by the book. From inspections and maintenance to even listening and understanding the situations their tenants are going through. They have lots of propertys and manage such amount well.
As long as your honest and keep them in the loop they will do good by their tenants.
I've seen many negative feedback and I don't believe in them as clearly they have either upset management some way or not stuck by their agreement

If I could give Zero starts I would, this company and the people that work there should not be allowed to rent properties. I think that these people are very unprofessional and are rude. I had to ring the office a couple of times as he just kept on putting the phone down on me every time it rang ten times. Once I got through, all I got was a disgruntled unprofessional, like someone you would speak to when ordering a takeaway. Awful, mumbled, and rude.

Never hardly answered my emails. Never did house checks. Kept paying for the same jobs repairing over and over again. Didn't collect deposit from tenant, never informed me when tenant stopped paying her rent. A week before she moved out the agent said that the tenant was looking after the house, but needed about £10,000 of repair. Gas checks were very spasmodic. They got kicked out of the Industry Watchdog for "serious breaches"

I have had several tenancies with WYL and find the services they provide to be 5*. Always straight on hand with repairs required and the staff are very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend WYL.

One of the best place I ever stayed for a year nearley. There was a time, when I had issue with the boiler and it's been resolved with in a couple of hours while I was at work. I also paid the rent late on so many occasions never been charged for the late fee. I always get on with the WYL crew and they are very helpfull and always been. If some one ask me I will give them 10 out of 10. Superb service !!!

I was locked out of my property at 21:30pm on a Sunday night and within fifteen minutes of calling the landlord I was stood in my front room, it was a speedy recovery, I cannot fault the service I received, quick and responsive without a doubt, if I could give ten stars I would. Thank you WYL :)
