Sally listed my property on 13/7, found tenants, and had them moved in within just two weeks on 26/7. Their professionalism and speed exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend their services!
5th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Ryan has been brilliant, completing our valuation and introducing Oakmans. He was friendly and knowledgeable and promoted the agents without being pushy. We felt very listened to for what we wanted from the agents. Jai and Harry were brilliant at organising viewings and keeping in contact. We sold in 7 days for just under the asking price, we couldn't ask for a better result. I believe their social media and photography influenced the sale reaching the correct buyers so quickly.
23rd Sep 2024 (15 days ago)I could not thank enough Sian, who helped me secure my mortgage with a leading high street bank as a First Time Buyer without any hassle. I approached quite a few mortgage advisors before Sian but all of them were not as professional and knowledgeable as Sian and not punctual and patient enough to reply your queries and clearing your doubts. She kept me updated at every step of the process starting from getting an AIP right through to the mortgage offer. Sian's expertise in the field of mortgage is second to none. Thank you very much again, Sian. Also a kind thanks to Andrea of Connells, Sutton Coldfield who introduced Sian to me. Highly recommended for your mortgage needs.

They were great at finding reliable tenants and walking me through the legal requirements with letting the property and then on hand whenever anything was needed. Sara was brilliant with the sale, offering sound advice and pushing to get things completed as soon as possible. Would happily recommend their services.

10th Sep 2024 (28 days ago)So far I have tried 2 lettings agency, and I have to say Premier Residential Manchester Lettings services has been excellent, sincere and good. Reports are detailed. It definitely surpassed my first lettings agency. I am so glad that I have appointed Premier as my lettings agency. Probably the best letting agency in Manchester!

29th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Excellent service from start to finish with our house sale. Out of half a dozen estate agents we initially spoke to, Manny Klarico were the most impressive. Highest level of professionalism at all times and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

19th Sep 2024 (19 days ago)Direct Housing take advantage of students, providing abysmal customer service and scam money wherever they can. I rented a shared house for a year and the state it was in was disgusting. Not having many options, I chose to live there on the promise that it would be clean by the time I moved in. This was a lie, the worst was gone but it was the bare minimum. Throughout the year, many issues arose, the worst of which was sometimes when the hob was turned on, the power cut needing the fuse to be switched. This and the other issues were never fixed all year despite asking many times. One time we were stuck because the fuse was in a room of a tenant away for the weekend. There was no compensation. At the end of the year, they handed the property to another estate agent, needing it to be presentable. We gave it back in a significantly better state than we had received it yet we were handing with a huge cleaning fee taken out of our deposit. Avoid renting from this malicious organisation as much as you can.
