23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)The estate agent did an outstanding job at advertising and getting viewers through the doors. Their photography and dedication to getting the offer to begin with was excellent, however the follow up wasn’t as good with the sales progression team. We felt throughout that they didn't fight our corner in regard to negotiations with buyers after initial offer, which made things slow and lost us money in later negotiations. A very difficult sale and multiple buyers messing us around made this experience very stressful which wasn’t their fault but we feel that their sales progression team lacked the drive and skills that the main team had.

As a first time buyer having gone to a few different estate agents I can confidently say that going forward with Connells was the best decision I made. The mortgage advisor Sian Williams was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time to clearly explain everything and always kept me updated which was very appreciated especially as a first time buyer. I will definitely recommend their services.

They were prompt and helpful with their support at the start of the process, and kept me informed and consulted throughout what was a challenging period to be a seller. Particular shout outs to Laura and Tammie, for whom nothing was too much trouble and they were always positive. Would definitely use Your Move again in future.

Superb communication and always contactable- which is rare with most other agents we've experienced. Jon got us the best price and guided us through negotiations. Carol really knew her stuff and she was more knowledgeable and on the ball than our solicitors! I cannot recommend Davidson Estate Agents enough!

Green & Co, came out on top. The man responsible for this was, " Shaz " He himself has moved on, the rest of the team are still there. The whole process was an arduous one for us and the team at Greens. A lot of the communications between us and them was done with , " Dee Stratford " She was extremely helpful right up to the exchange of contracts. Well done everyone at Green & Co. Justyn, Jennifer and Robyn were always on hand to make the entire process of selling completely stress free. We were in a rush to get our house on the market as we had our heart set on a house we could potentially loose considering our house wasn’t even on the market. Within a week it was photographed, listed on Rightmove and a block viewing booked in for the Saturday. It was sold within a week. They offer such a personalised service which is hard to come by with estate agents. We will be highly recommending you to family and friends. Thank you for helping our family secure our forever home.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
