The staff have been amazing and have gone over and beyond to make sure the transaction has gone as smoothly as possible. Bindy the manager who I met in person to submit my offer with has been very professional throughout the purchase. Ethan was present whilst I viewed the property and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Manisha arranged the mortgage very swiftly, her communication was superb and responded to any questions I had promptly. She was always happy to help and her experience gave me the confidence that she will get me the best mortgage deal available. 20th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)A fantastic professional service from all the team at Dixons Kings Norton, Amelia, Korron and Emily have guided and supported me all the way, even when my first buyer pulled out, Emily was back on it and got me another buyer with a couple of weeks. The team always kept me informed and were great with helping liaising between the buyer and the solicitor on my behalf. I can highly recommend their services for their personal passion and professionalism towards selling a property.
17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)Moving house has to be one of the most stressful things that you go through in life so when you instruct an estate agent you hope that everything is going to go as smoothly as possible. Fortunately for us we decided to use Rice Chamberlain to help us sell our house and they were excellent. At every stage of the sale James was open, honest and did what he said he was going to do quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent, not only with us but also with solicitors and the other estate agents in the chain. It really felt like you had someone fighting your corner which took so much stress out of the whole process. If we ever move again then they’ll be the only people we call.

2nd May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Throughout my lifetime, I've never encountered individuals as unprofessional and deceitful as those associated with this company, particularly an agent named Luke. Initially, they assured me that my wage was sufficient for the desired apartment, but after I provided the deposit, they began avoiding my calls, imposing unexpected requirements, and threatening to withhold my deposit despite providing inaccurate information. This ordeal left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point of tears. Luke's actions were not only misleading and dishonest but also malicious. The entire experience has engendered a profound sense of disappointment and resentment towards both him and the company.

What could have been a very stressful time Was made easier because communication was great. Thank you, would definitely recommend and will use again.

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)A brilliant agent.Great find. Met and interviewed Sami the owner this Monday morning, due to fantastic promotion and marketing let my property within 24 hours. Set up 8 viewings, so I had the choice of tenants and was given great feedback. The photos and marketing video presented the property in its best possible light. A friendly, professional, organised team. Questions and information communicated promptly and effectively.
10th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)It has been one and a half years since Centrick took over the management of my property, and it has been a terrible experience living in my flat. They have been unprofessional, entering my flat without permission, and constantly seeking excuses to evict me despite timely rent payments. They issued a Section 21 notice, and now they are increasing the rent significantly, requiring me to undergo referencing again despite three years of continuous renting. They are also altering payment dates arbitrarily as a new agent takes over, causing unnecessary stress. Despite my attempts, senior management has not reached out to address these issues. I cannot recommend Centrick to landlords or tenants based on the distressing experience I've endured.

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Extremely disappointing and deceiving. I travelled all the way from Manchester for a viewing in Birmingham and the house wasn’t the one they showed me on Rightmove. The person was really sweet and warm but it pissed me off that they cheated me like that, I would’ve appreciated if they would’ve let me know that it was taken when I messaged them all the details as soon as it came up. They even told me we’ll let you know when the viewing starts so you’ll be in queue. Horrible never going to Genie homes.

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.
