19th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Please avoid coming to the West Bromwich branch they have an attitude problem they make faces, they do alot of eye-rolling and are really rude and snotty and are sarcastic. They are unprofessional,talk about clients to other dubberley branch at Great Bridge.They dont keep things confidential.They dont keep you updated.Please avoid them!
25th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Emmie-Jai and all of Scriven & Co have been wonderful - 24 hours from seeing the property online, we’ve viewed the property, and put down our holding deposit! Emmie has been incredibly supportive and kept in touch with us throughout the process. I can’t recommend her and Scriven & Co enough!!!

19th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I cannot recommend Ian Walker my mortgage broker highly enough! He is incredibly efficient and reliable. Due to sellers withdrawing, I ended up needing to arrange three different mortgages in just six months, and Ian handled the entire process flawlessly every single time. He managed every issue that cropped up, from dealing with expired offers to proactively contacting banks to update our rates as market interest rates dropped. The speed at which he handles documentation is amazing—we often had a formal offer back in just a few days. Ian is extremely responsive and always kept us updated; I never had to chase him once. If you want a broker who stays ahead of the game and makes a stressful process feel easy, Ian is your person. Their professionalism, service & communication has been amazing regarding my late father’s property, Special thank you’s go to Oliver and Vanessa. A credit to Wards ! They went above and beyond and I truly appreciate all what they have done to TRY & make this a smooth selling. Tough at times and frustrating but these two were so amazing ! The team handled the process efficiently, kept me updated throughout and worked hard to secure a suitable tenant in a very short space of time. The communication was excellent and they made what can often be a stressful process very straightforward. I would highly recommend them to any landlord looking for a reliable and professional estate agent for any commercial/residential property lettings
24th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Absolutely disgraceful. Easily the worst estate agent I have ever encountered. Once they have you locked in as a tenant, they become completely unreachable. Calls ignored. Emails ignored. Messages ignored. It’s like dealing with a brick wall — except a brick wall is more responsive. The Rugby lettings team is beyond incompetent. I have been chasing serious issues for nearly a month. Every single time I’m fobbed off with “leave it with us,” followed by total silence. No updates. No action. No professionalism. They are quick to take rent but utterly useless when it comes to doing their actual job. You are left stressed, frustrated, and wasting your time constantly chasing people who clearly do not care. This agency treats tenants with complete disregard. If you value communication, accountability, or basic human decency — stay well away.
25th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Our tenancy at 7 St. Edwards Road was extremely stressful. From the beginning, several maintenance and safety issues were reported and took months to be resolved. We even had a break-in while we were in the property, and no adequate security measures were put in place afterward. Communication with the agency—particularly with the representative who handled our case, Sunny Sandhu—was often unhelpful and dismissive. Requests for a revised contract after two tenants moved out were ignored, leaving us in a very unclear situation. The agency tried to withhold our entire deposit and add unreasonable cleaning charges, despite us leaving the property spotless and having photo evidence. Thankfully, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) reviewed the case and returned our deposit after nearly three months. I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photos, and written communication if you decide to rent through this company. Transparency and professionalism were lacking in our experience.
