15th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)We have just ended our tenancy in Castle Donington to buy our own home.<br>We have had great service from Cottons, and the landlord was excellent. The house was pristine (the way we returned it too) , he was very responsive to any of the minor repairs that needed to be complete during our tenancy, I'd highly rate 72 Station Road, if you are thinking of renting it!<br>We dealt with Charlotte for the check out inspection and she was very helpful, arrived from Birmingham on time and was bubbly and enthusiastic.<br><br>thanks all.

I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.

They asked me to do a review when I first purchased, but I wanted to wait to see if the investments they sell are actually good. Now I can say 5 years on, I have had my rent time every month, no issues & leases renewed. I have recommended OPA to my friends & colleagues. Thank you to Zara who has always been on hand & gives honest advice, no sales pitch & helped me get great properties. Highly recommended
25th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Our tenancy at 7 St. Edwards Road was extremely stressful. From the beginning, several maintenance and safety issues were reported and took months to be resolved. We even had a break-in while we were in the property, and no adequate security measures were put in place afterward. Communication with the agency—particularly with the representative who handled our case, Sunny Sandhu—was often unhelpful and dismissive. Requests for a revised contract after two tenants moved out were ignored, leaving us in a very unclear situation. The agency tried to withhold our entire deposit and add unreasonable cleaning charges, despite us leaving the property spotless and having photo evidence. Thankfully, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) reviewed the case and returned our deposit after nearly three months. I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photos, and written communication if you decide to rent through this company. Transparency and professionalism were lacking in our experience.
