27th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)We sold our house in Plumstead with Beaumont Gibbs and we could not recommend them highly enough! Luke and the team were brilliant the whole way through the process and made everything so easy. They really went above and beyond with communication throughout the chain and solicitors etc. They are a little bit more expensive than their competitors but they are so worth it! Their use of social media is a fantastic addition and they sold our house for more than we were expecting very quickly.

I brought my house from them many years ago and when it came time to move, Doug immediately understood the brief and suggested ways to help. Communication was excellent and Doug went above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. I felt completely in the loop on all aspects of the selling and exchange / completing. 9th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review.

5th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)Worst estate agent I have dealt with. Extremely poor communication. They need to take a lesson on listening instead of speaking over someone. If you want a team of proactive people then sadly this isn't what you will get. They are happy to take a monthly fee but when work needs doing you can forget it.

24th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Great company Chris Perkins the boss/owner was brilliant from start to finish of the sale of my parents house was on the case all the time with the solicitors and even when the house was sold Chris the boss rang me and my parents to make sure we were ok and settled in ok also gave realistic price of the house not a unrealistic price just to get it on there books would definitely use them again and would highly recommend Robinson and Jackson And Chris Perkins the owner/ boss
