10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Although Flora and Adam were the estate agents acting for the seller rather than for us, they were both excellent throughout the entire process.<br><br>From the very beginning, Flora went above and beyond. She was incredibly responsive, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and contacted us straight away when a property that perfectly matched our needs became available. Once we found our dream home, she did everything she could to help us get into a position to secure it. Her communication was exceptional—keeping us informed at every stage, arranging additional viewings, answering all our questions, and demonstrating impeccable professionalism and attention to detail throughout.<br><br>When the chain slowed down, Flora continued to do everything she could to help move things forward, putting in far more effort than we would ever have expected from an agent representing the seller. Adam was also a pleasure to deal with—professional, responsive, and always helpful whenever we spoke with him.<br><br>Together, they made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. We are incredibly grateful for all their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, with special thanks to Flora for her exceptional dedication and care.
17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

The entire Marsh & Parsons network was outstanding and they were all aligned on my search and communicated with each other so my conversations were streamlined and efficient.<br><br>I specifically worked with Lucca and Tegan, and they exemplified these qualities and more in representing Marsh & Parsons. They were communicative, professional, and above all, thoughtful and kind in my search for a flat. They listened to me describe what I was looking for and recommended a flat that truly fit the bill! They were patient with me and quick to find answers to my questions, as well as share resources and guidance that have ultimately made my flat letting experience feel smooth and secure. Richard was proactive throughout the process, always pleasant and straightforward to deal with, and consistently demonstrated a real sense of urgency in moving things forward.<br><br>He kept on top of the details, followed up when needed, and was clearly focused on getting the deal over the line. We really appreciated his responsiveness and positive approach throughout the sale and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

Knowing we were selling our childhood home following the loss of our mum, they could not have been more kind, helpful and sensitive from the very first time we spoke with them and explained our situation. Any time we needed to contact them we didn't have to wait for a reply which takes away any frustration or stress. They had a good relationship with the solicitors and their professionalism and dedication to moving the sale to conclusion made the whole process seemless. Thank you so much.

4th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I would highly recommend David Astbury's from the first point of contact during the valuation, the professionalism commenced. We were provided with information about our property in advance of marketing that other estate agents did not provide and they did not overvalue our property to raise unrealistic expectations. Our sale in the end was very complex, but March in particular who supported us up to final sale completion, was amazing and did her best to support us during some very challenging times. Other members of the team were also supportive, as and when needed.

We were managing a simultaneous sale and purchase, which can be a stressful process, and Kelly's communication, organisation, and calm professionalism made all the difference. She kept us informed at every stage, chased solicitors and other parties in the chain when things stalled, and always made herself available to answer questions quickly. Her market knowledge and attention to detail gave us real confidence throughout, and she genuinely felt like she was on our side rather than just closing a deal. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to guide us through the process, and we'd wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

The stresses of purchasing a house were removed by the professionalism and attentiveness shown to us. If I was looking to purchase in London Joseph would be my first call.
