The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

From start to finish, he was incredibly proactive, communicative, and always available to answer my questions or check in on how things were progressing.<br><br>Jason went above and beyond at every step - he was patient and knowledgeable during viewings, gave brilliant recommendations for a solicitor, and even facilitated document handovers from his office to keep things moving. Most importantly, his integrity and strong professional ethics really shone through: he shielded us from competing buyers once our offer was accepted, completely preventing any risk of gazumping.<br><br>Thanks to his dedication and hard work, the entire process was seamless and remarkably fast, taking us from offer accepted to completion in just two months. 21st Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Excellent team, responsive and helpful. Our property was valued and went on the market just as there was a shock to the housing market with a lot of mortgages withdrawn. Good communication, explanation and tactics were helpful. We eventually had to come down in price but still achieved a good sale price. The property is currently empty but viewings were undertaken without any problem.

Their service throughout has been exceptional.<br>Ian and Chris Kim in Property Management have always been kind, responsive and extremely helpful. They managed not only the letting of the property but also repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, giving me complete peace of mind despite being overseas.<br>More recently, Mr Kim Yoon in Sales successfully handled the sale of our property. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
