Peter Woods managed the process and was patient, available, knowledgeable and reassuring, acting in our interests not self-interest (as has been our experience with another agency that claims to dominate in Merton Park). 21st Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Cole Harding Estate Agent, the property 1 bed flat, taken about 6 months to sale, The estate agent was very helpful in the negotiation of the sale, communication was very clear, kept up with an update and was always requesting an update where necessary. Viewings were handled nicely, The estate agent kept the chain together when things got tricky, The professionalism was just great, proactive, Calm under pressure, I needed help with documents and he was very willing to help me with these, which I was very grateful, I would use them again & suggest them to others. 18th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Scam Artists.<br>I tried to purchase a property which was a hybrid auction, modern sale. The estate agents at Foxtons promised me that the way the system works is that the first buyer who is ready to purchase gets to buy the property. On the basis of this I paid for a lawyer £1200. I waited three months and I was ready to purchase but the buyer was not ready to sell, they had an issue evicting the tenant. I was kept on the line while Foxtons sold the property to another buyer. Foxtons had assured me that they would keep me informed about any other interest- They did not. The first I heard about the other buyer was when they exchanged on the property. This was also a bare faced lie.<br><br>They lied to me about the way the hybrid sale works and as a result I lost the legal fees and 6 months of my search (I had to start again from scratch).<br>They are scam artists to be avoided at all costs.

Shanique took the time to truly understand our needs and, impressively, came up with feasible and well-matched options in a very short time. This made the entire experience not only efficient but genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how relaxed and comfortable the whole viewing process felt. Shanique wasn’t just showing us properties — she gave us a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding area as well. She thoughtfully introduced us to nearby facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, and other local amenities that are essential for our future lifestyle. Her attention to detail and local knowledge were outstanding and incredibly helpful. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and thoroughly impressed by her service. Highly recommend working with her!
