They have managed and sold properties for me including my own residential properties. I hold them in high regard and highly recommend them. I have used other local agents for both letting and sales over the years and frankly they do not compare favourably. Theydons are my strong recommendation for both sales and property management.

Wayne came in for a valuation and provided great advice and guidance, arranged all the paperwork swiftly so we could put our house on the market within a very short time. Him and Aron managed viewings and kept is informed throughout. We got and offer we were happy to accept in less than 2 weeks of being in the market which was really important for us. They are very responsive and proactive in arranging various details as we progressing through the sale conveyancing. Very pleased about choosing them to sell our property.

Shash came highly recommended by a friend, and I’ve been very happy with her service. She showed me a selection of her own listings with Douglas & Gordon?, as well as properties listed through other agents within her network. The flat we found was exactly what I had been looking for. I am now back on the market for a London pied-à-terre and look forward to working with Shash again, as she is exactly the kind of realtor I was hoping to find.

17th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)The experience with Gascoigne pees was absolutely wonderful.<br><br>Melissa initially showed as around the property and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If we had a question she didn’t know the answer to (which was rare) she just said she didn’t know and found out for us very promptly - honest and open communication which was really appreciated!<br><br>As we went through the process of purchasing the house Melissa Kim and Zoe were so helpful and answered any questions we might have! They all went above and beyond, never pressurising us just giving helpful tips, advice and answering any questions we had quickly.<br><br>I would highly recommend the branch to anyone searching for a property in the area.

27th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. 12th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I used Kearns Estsre Agents to recently sell my mother’s apartment. It was an incredibly stressful time as I had to put her into a carehome. The staff at the Ruislip Office were amazing. So professional and helpful with admin and paperwork and dealing with the solicitors. But also so grateful for their emotional support and empathy, they were outstanding,. So please, if you have a property to sell in the future, then I can’t recommend them enough ???????????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ??????

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

Completely terrible, dodges repairs, even phone calls, enable absentee landlords just to charge them such high fees repairs are never carried out. Knowingly renting out mould ridden and structurally unsound properties in Southwark.
