She was warm, encouraging, and genuinely reassuring at what could have been a pretty stressful time. Communication was quick and clear, and she was always responsive and happy to offer advice along the way. Dealing with the team was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to Emma, we ended up in the perfect rental place and couldn’t be more grateful. Would happily recommend Hamptons Dulwich to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Not only did they help keep our buyers happy and patient but they also consulted on our onward purchase and went above and beyond many times giving their expert advice on the market, negotiating and more. It was great to know you had someone on your side in something that can often be intimidating and frustrating. Jen was handling our case and she was great throughout. I first met Jess when she helped resolve an issue at a rental property above mine, and her professionalism left a lasting impression. So, when it came time to sell my flat, there was no question who I’d call. Jess handled what turned out to be a complex sale with remarkable patience, skill, and good humour. She was always available with sound advice and practical solutions, guiding the process smoothly from start to finish. Most of us will only go through a few property sales in our lives, I'd suggest you make sure yours are with someone like Jess.

She quickly grasped what I was looking for and found me a property that genuinely feels perfect. After working with several other agents beforehand, i knew i wanted to stick with Lillie once i found her. At no point did I feel like I was being 'sold to' - instead she kept me fully informed, managed expectations and navigated the inevitable stress of a complex chain with confidence and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Goldschmidt & Howland to anyone buying or selling and I would absolutely work with them again.

16th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.

5th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)I would give this agent zero stars. I do not recommend working with them. Their main focus seemed to be securing a contract and taking their commission. After I faced multiple issues with my landlord, they withdrew and failed to manage anything. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing

Aside from the online referencing system (which didn’t seem to recognise my ability to pay rent as a self employed person in London - “computer says no”) - the process was very smooth and Dean was great to deal with.
