He was just fantastic throughout the entire process from arranging access for various inspections and surveys to keeping us up to date and providing realistic time frames throughout the entire sale. We were also grateful to his other colleagues at the Wimbledon Village office for always getting back to us when Kasper was unavailable and even dropping everything to give us access at short notice. Not only did he deliver on what I needed, he did so quickly, professionally, and with a lovely human touch that’s hard to find these days. He looked out for my interests and was always reliably there to step in or sort anything out, even in an emergency when he was out of the office. When he was away, he made sure his colleague Luca Obertelli promptly stepped in and helped immediately. They both took the urgency of the situation seriously, and it bears mentioning how rare this is to come across in Europe, where nothing is ever urgent.<br><br>Working with Jonah was one of the most positive real estate business interactions I’ve ever had, or I’ve even heard of anyone having, and I hope I can continue to work with him in the future (to his boss, if you are reading this, he deserves a promotion and a large bonus, at least twice over!!!!!) ??????????????????

She was always easy to get hold of, and having direct communication over WhatsApp made everything so much easier and quicker. She knows the local area really well and was always on hand to answer questions or sort out any issues with the vendor.<br><br>Thanks to her proactive approach, the whole process moved along smoothly and much faster than we expected. Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

They also pushed me to view a place I’d have scrolled straight past, which ended up being one I seriously considered.
