Avoid this agency, they are very unprofessional! Just to make a little more clear, I had arranged a viewing for a property ( I told to my husband to take off and left my daughter with her nana) to be on time there, I was there with 5 minutes earlier and because I didn't found the number of the house, I call to let them know I am there. Guess what, the lady on the phone said my viewing is cancelled. Well why they didn't sent me a message at list with 1 h before, well juat they do not care about their customers. Just don't lose your time with them.

They do not answer my email after going to the trouble of emailing them
I would not give them any business as they only seem to care about making money and have found them very unhelpful.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
I did not receive a reply until after I put the above review on hear. They claimed they replyed but I did not receive it
They have since had the Fence repaired.
The property is still in disrepair.

I’ve only been using this agent to rent my property for a year but so far all is good and I am extremely happy with the way I have been dealt with. Hopefully many more years of a landlord/agency relationship will continue.

DO. NOT. USE. THIS. BUSINESS
Apart from a complete lack of any understanding of what Customer Service actually is, towards tenants or owners, my experiences over the years have been, but not limited to;
Property mismanagement
Fiscal Theft
Ignorance
Ineptitude
Abhorrent communication
This company treats tenants like dirt and owners like they’re a walking wallet that they can just dip in to as/when they’re own mismanagement leaves them short.
AC Estates was fired with them still owing me north of £200 in relation to an electricity bill that belonged to a tenant who was long gone – AC Estates had no interest in investigating, communication or finding a timely resolution.
Would never, EVER, use this company again.

I have used AC Estates to rent and manage my properties for over 7 years. Their service has always been excellent in finding and vetting tenants. They take care of all the paperwork for the landlord insurance cover and carry out minor repairs at a reasonable cost.
I live abroad so for me it is very important that the letting agent is trustworthy and efficient and can take care of everything. I don't normally write reviews but because of the service and peace of mind that they have given, I am happy to highly recommend them.
