Me and my partner had very disappointing experience and very poor customer service from assistant manager called Greag.
He unfortunately had to show us property twice and was so no interested to explain about the property he want to let, he never made a call he say he will nether email send to arrange for the meet up.
Same as well he didn’t show us the garden of the houses as he needed to unlock a door saying that he don’t have a key.
I must say I never ever saw any person who don’t like his job like Greag and letting people off to further cooperate processionally.
I will dismiss Andrew Reeves Beckenham.

Feyi was exactly what you would want in an estate agent; responsive, friendly and transparent - if only all estate agents operated the same way she did! Landlords beware of this Company. Andrew Reeves countrywide. The Beckenham Branch Letting staff Millie Bowley and Feyi are incompetent and dishonest. They set me up. They put a tenant- Mr Daniel MItchell with fake employment references in my property, gave him all existing sets of entrance keys to my property so I don’t have access and then quite literally put up barriers all over the place. They’ve ignored my correspondence, covered for one another. Their appeals process is non existent. All departments in Countrywide are unhelpful as is the regional manager James Arnold. Im owed the rent stipulated in the signed agreement. The only way forward now is to commence eviction proceedings.

They were professional, prompt, timely and well organised throughout. The entire process, from our initial interest, through the viewings, through referencing and signing the lease, all the way through move-in day and beyond has been a breeze. By far the least stressful move we've ever made (which is quite something for me to say, because I stress easily). At the end of 2020 I wanted to move out on my own and didn't really know where to start. I have 101 questions and was eager, but also worried I was going to be irritating and needy. The team at Andrew Reeves in Beckenham made the whole process - from the first day of interest to signing the dotted line and handing over the keys - the easiest and smoothest ever.
I was never at a lost, they always kept me in the loop and had great answers and solutions for my questions. They were open and warm, service with a smile and a laugh. I always left feeling confident and in safe hands. They called to check in on me to make sure I was all settled.
Even the day I went to view the property I live in now, Karl dropped everything in the moment and was ready to meet COVID safely to view the property. Mind you this was the middle of the day! When I had further questions the handover to another staff member, Mike was impeccable. He was fully update and was aware of who I was and everything I required for the move. The paperwork was seamless and hassle free. I can truly say I've never experienced service like this - it was stellar.
The friendly, happy to help attitude has set the bar for future services. I couldn't be happier where I am and grateful to have an amazing team of people in support each step of the way.
I will always cherish and remember the days of my first rental, because of the wonderful team at Beckenham.

I rented with Andrew Reeves Beckenham branch just over a year ago and it’s been the best. Their communication is brilliant, it’s timely and thorough. Recently I’ve decided to move on from my current rental and phone in for some advice and support regarding the moving out process. I was welcomed brightly by Alexia, who was so wonderful. She made everything super easy and was very clear and encouraging. As a first time renter I was a little unsure on how everything works, but she has been brilliant and I am so happy with the service! Have recommended to lots of my friends already!
Special shout out to: Alexia who is an absolute gem! Super friendly and supportive. Her advice was well needed and when I cried on the phone in tears of joy she was as elated as me! Going to really miss this team - they’re fab! Thank you so much!

I have to say Andrew Reeves have impressed me. The manager Karl is a lovely man and every time I have spoken to him he has been helpful, polite, funny and stuck to his word. There were a couple of things I was having trouble sorting which were making me stressed but when I spoke to him he put my mind at ease and helped me there and then. I was initially worried the process was going to be stressful and confusing, but from the paperwork to the move the whole thing was actually completely straight forward and the worrying ended up being for nothing!

He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Looking for a new home can be nerve-wracking and stressful but he made us feel so at ease and showed us our dream home. Having to rush during our Lunch Break to do the viewing he drove us back to the station which was a 20 min walk. We didn't have to ask. He anticipated our needs. We recently used Andrew Reeves Beckenham to move into a new flat. While we appreciate Karl was helpful in negotiating the rent and tenancy agreement at the start the process the rest of the process was much more stressful than it needed to be. When trying to arrange a second viewing of the flat they cancelled two viewings, one with less than 20 minutes notice giving different reasons each time. Then despite requesting confirmation of the arrangements for the day we moved in they left it to the last working day before making arrangements and therefore the earliest they could arrange an inventory check was for 3pm even though we had asked for earlier as we had taken the day off work. On the day of check in we arrived at their offices at 11am to be told that the tenancy agreement was not yet ready for signing due to a mistake and therefore it had to be sent back to their off shore team for amending. When we were able to see the paperwork we noticed the deposit had been incorrectly stated as higher than agreed as the manager had failed to put the correct information on the system. We therefore had to wait around again for the offshore team to correct the mistake. This caused further delay and it wasn't until around 2.30pm when we finally completed the paperwork. Had we received a copy of the tenancy agreement in advance as requested these issues could have been solved much easier. While Lara was helpful and did the best she could on the day we had asked to receive a call from the manager to discuss the difficulties we had experienced however we have still not heard from him which is very disappointing. Given the money spent in agency fees we would have expected a much better service and would not recommend using them.

Extremely disappointed with this company. Instead of being honest they lie and use pathetic excuses. Stay clear of Stacey. Go else where if I were you, you want to deal with professionals when you are looking to buy or rent a property & unfortunately this company is far from professional.

I have used Andrew Reeves in Beckenham to find renters for a flat I own and they have been superb.
My tenants recently left after eight years.
I was due some money back from the deposit and the new manager, Karl Taylor sorted the problem very quickly.
He was extremely kind to me. Miah, who works with Karl has always been extremely friendly and helpful when I was seeking new tenants.
I do believe this agency is honest and decent.

Had to constantly chase for the funds.
Very quick to take your initial deposit but slow to return.
Its not the branch, but the administration that let them down.

I had the pleasure of viewing various properties with Molly over the past few weeks. I must say, although we couldn't find the right property, Molly went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my viewing experience was easy, enjoyable and informative.
She was friendly and accommodating to my needs and she dropped me at the station once we had been viewing!
I thought it was worth a mention on Google as she made a usually mundane interaction very personal and was extremely knowledgeable on both the properties and their respective locations and areas.

I recently found a flat through Andrew Reeves and felt the service the whole way through was perfectly streamlined. From the first phone call, Kate was very friendly and went out her way to organise a viewing for me considering my very difficult time schedule which went outside Andrew reeves’ working hours. I met Molly on the viewing who was very punctual, kept me well informed of all services and costs and she was quick on communication regarding my offer, I must say my experience finding a flat couldn’t have been made any easier. I signed up with Alice who like Kate and Molly was always smiling and a pleasure to meet. 10/10 for service would definitely recommend.

Traveled from Bournemouth to see a few properties as I am relocating to the Bromley area, popped in to Andrew Reeves in Beckenham high street, I didn't have an appointment so wasn't expecting to get a viewing, however Molly managed to fit me in and organised a viewing in Bromley, she went she out of her way to show me around the area and gave me enough details to make an informed decision, although the property was lovely I decided to go for a different one, however couldn't fail to mention what a great service I received. We have been looking for a place for a few months and had a lot of requirements - good space, close to transport links, separate kitchen, parking space, garden... and after almost 3 months of searching, we found all this in a good price as well! And we loved it immediately! Molly has showed us several flats, until we finally liked & decided on this one.
She was very helpful in the process and everything went well. Referencing could have been done a bit faster, but good thing we had one month until the move.
From what I've seen when searching for this flat, Andrew Reeves have better options than other letting agents. But that's just our opinion!
Definitely recommend!

However I would like to balance this with the fact that the after service I have received from others at Andrew Reeves has been less than satisfactory. I have been waiting now for over a month to have several things fixed in the apartment and many promises but nothing gets done. C'mon Coleen can we get this sorted please

Molly has been one of the best if not very best letting agent I have dealt with. The two things which standout are thinking whats best / what suits the client and ownership of issue (some cases stepping out of her role to get things done). She is lined up for great things in future if she continues her focus on the client.
Admin and Paper Work : 3 stars
Andrew Reeves are expensive on the admin fees and non flexible on the referencing mechanism. The referencing took ages and they don't seem to understand the ground reality of seeking work references of individuals working in Multi National Companies. They have preset format for reference and are non flexible to any other formats. In spite of multiple rounds of explanations and speaking with the right people in Andrew reeves they seem to still go their way. Referencing needs to be better organised as a whole and if one wants to move in quickly please don't take chances with Andrew Reeves.
Property Management : 3 stars
After the move issues found at the property are taking ages to get resolved. This has taken a lot of time from myself and the letting agent to follow up and chase to get work done. Even basic issues don't seem to have quick turn around. This is area which needs huge improvement.

I have a flat in my house that I rent out - it is an quirky flat in the basement so an unusual situation that Andrew Reeves of Beckenham grasped immediately. Unlike another estate agent I had already tried who after a few months had not found me a tenant, Andrew Reeves screened suitable people (single, preferably female, no pets, no kids, quiet etc etc!!) and within a couple of weeks the flat was rented out. They gave me excellent advice and have handled the whole experience in a friendly professional manner! Thank you to all of you - Kate and Jamie in particular.! I can now watch my bank balance creep up out of the red!

The professionalism and 5 star customer service showed by Greg Alliston and Rosie Baldwin has been just fantastic. Although there are limited properties available at the moment they are constantly working hard and communicating updates with me. I am very grateful and would recommend them highly.
