After 8 years being a tenant in a Belvoir Property I sadly had to leave to another agent with my partner.
I can only say I am happy with my move but wish that Belvoir was involved with the new tenancy.
I have come across numerous letting agents in my life, but all so far have been second fiddle to Belvoir.
The Belvoir team are caring and very understanding and would immediately deal with any concerns I had but with that added passion you would not usually expect.
Regardless of the agents I am with now, I would still always recommend Belvoir above all others if you prefer that stress free let!

I have been looking to move out with my partner for a while. Unfortunately we had been unable to find somewhere and was really taking a toll.
We decided to speak to Belvior with regards to moving asap.
They were so professional and found us a property which we viewed before being put on the market.
Within 4 weeks we had moved into the property, the property had been cleaned and left to a high standard.
The staff were professional, polite and always happy to help.
They did an absolute thorough job start to finish and we will always be thankful!

I have been desperate for a new place to live for months, since my more recent accommodation became completely unviable. I struggled online for weeks, and at one point decided to go into EVERY real estate agents in Devizes IN PERSON in the hopes that a human face would somehow tip the balance.
The other agencies were all varying levels of friendly, but every single one of them told me they were not even bothering to take people on their books as potential tenants because there was no point - there just aren’t enough properties to go around. “Log into Rightmove 20 hours a day and good luck!” The property market is a disgraceful mess and there WILL be riots soon.
Belvoir were completely different from the start. Immediately friendly and sympathetic, they sat me down and took down all my details by hand, asking me several questions about exactly what I was looking for.
Don’t get me wrong, they too are struggling with the market and providing their customers with what they’re seeking. But they didn’t leave me feeling hopeless.
Susan and Sue are NOT what you’d expect just by looking at them. Professional, smart in both looks and intellect, they are also totally unflappable, genuinely genuine, interestED and interestING people.
They tipped me off about a few properties that might be coming up that may suit me and saw me off with a smile on my face.
Not long after (maybe about two weeks) they got in touch with a perfect little flat for me, and they were the fastest smoothest estate agent I have ever worked with. They answered my questions quickly and thoroughly and got me all the info I needed and then some.
Their referencing agency were incredibly fast too, but I’m not reviewing them here! ;)
All in all I think it has probably taken less than three weeks from initial contact about the property to getting the keys and moving in, and the whole process has been a delight. And that’s significant because my situation was actually kind of complicated.
On my move-in day they even presented me with a really cute gift box of goodies. I never thought I’d feel like I’d made friends with my agency but here we are.
Now they /claim/ they get most of their tenants more than 80% of their deposits back at the end of a tenancy. That’s seems optimistic to me, but if anyone can do it these ladies can. Looking forward to finding out!
All in all, A+ 5?? experience, cannot recommend enough!

I have used Belvoir in Devizes as my letting agent for over 20 years and they have always been very efficient and fast at finding suitable tenants. I can affirm that in all that time, I have never had any problems with any of my tenants due to their diligence.
I have also used Belvoir to manage my property for many years, which includes regular inspections and dealing with maintenance, repairs and safety requirements. The staff have always been very friendly, diligent and excellent at managing and accommodating these requirements.

When myself and my partner were in dire straits looking for a property in Devizes at extremely short notice, both Sues at Belvoir were not only efficient and professional, but extremely personable and caring.
Finding a property for us in the local area, they really listened to our requirements, negotiating with the landlord to allow us to keep our cats, and ensured everything that we had to sign or look at was fully explained. To top it off when we collected keys, we received a wonderful welcome package including everything to keep us going as we moved in.

Having lived on a narrowboat for the last five years or so we were completely in the dark about the new rules and regulations regarding renting and didn’t even know if it would even be possible to do.
We found a lovely little bungalow for rent with belvoir and a phone call later we were all set up for a viewing. Having pictured ourselves and our dog relaxing there, the belvoir ladies sorted everything out for us from referencing, deposit scheme, to getting our keys.
Everything went through nice and smoothly without any hiccups thanks to the exceptional service we received. So a great big thank you from both of us and to anyone who may rent or even have cause to use belvoir for any other reason we would highly recommend.

I recently moved out of the cottage that was managed by Belvoir and would like to say that I was very happy with the way that the management team treated my stay at the cottage for the last 6 years.
I found the team to be very friendly and helpful when any performing periodic visits to the cottage and also when visiting the branch, which helped lead to my stay at the cottage a pleasant one throughout my term.

really lovely team, knew we needed to be within a property in a certain amount of time due to baby being on the way, made sure everything ran smoothly and quickly. Lovely staff, always cared and asked about you, how you were doing etc rather than solely caring about business, so friendly and made the whole process memorable and as stress free as possible

I have used Belvoir since they were called Beaver and apart from a blip when there was a hiatus of independant business ownership have never felt the need to have a different agent.
The current team have returned to the quality of service which was there when Tim was the owner but have added there own style. They are reliable, responsible, approachable and manage the triangle of Landlord, Tenant, Agent relationship very well.

I was with Belvoir for 5 years and had many dealings with Sue and Susan. Unfortunately, my landlord was not ideal and from the outset I could of had a very unhappy time in my home, however, Susan was an absolute shining star and I feel that she fought my corner every step of the way. Both Sue and Susan were an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for them. They were continously friendly, pleasant and professional and I will honestly miss having to liaise with them! I couldn't rate Belvoir more than I do as a tenant and would recommend them fully. I have been a customer of Belvoir for some 18 plus years and believe that I am one of their longest standing landlords, using them to find tenants for my three barn conversion properties (which I manage myself living adjacent as I do) With only one exception, Belvoir have found all of my tenants for each property over these many years.
When Tim Hoddinott, the founding owner of Belvoir in Devizes, sadly passed away a number of years ago and the business reverted to corporate ownership things became somewhat less efficient and the service less personal. Fortunately, the business is once again locally owned and operated and being run on very much the same principles of personal service and attention to detail that were put in place by the founder.
The friendly team at Belvoir stays very up to date with the seemingly ever-changing regulatory requirements around property lettings (e.g. EPCs, Smoke Alarms, CO detectors, etc.) and also maintain a list of helpful contractors who are invaluable in providing prompt resolution to property issues when they do inevitably arise from time to time.

From beginning to end of my 9 year tenancy with Belvoir, I can honestly say the service I received from Tim, Sue and all the staff was excellent, friendly & efficient. I found the property in first class condition on arrival and any repairs that arose were quickly addressed and sorted by the tradesmen.

Having had Belvoir as my letting agents for the last 11 years or so, I cannot speak highly enough of them.
They provide a professional, dedicated and personal service second to none.
My tenants being content is of the utmost importance, which is ensured by the slightest problem being dealt with immediately by the Belvoir team, under the leadership of David Delvin, the Business Owner.
Inspections of the property are conducted in a timely manner and I am kept informed at all times by Sue King, the Office Manager, with Susan ensuring any requests by myself are acted upon as soon as possible.
I always enjoy popping into the office over Christmas to say Hello and have a chat.
I highly recommend Belvoir for letting a property as they have been consistently helpful, and have ensured a trouble free letting period over all this time.

I have been a Belvoir tenant for 9 years and living in my current home for 7 years. I call it home because my Landlady and the staff at Belvoir make the house feel like my own, allowing me to choose the kitchen cabinets I would like when it was refurbished, to recently installing a shower to help me out with my osteoarthritis. We have been with Belvoir Lettings for three years and have found them to be the ideal renting agents. When we have needed to contact them regarding any matter they have responded quickly and dealt with our problems straight away.
