I'm very pleased indeed with the way Collinson Hall are dealing with the sale of my house. They have a very good understanding of the St.Albans property market in general and on the area around my house in particular. John, Becky and Ron have all been very good in keeping me regularly updated on progress and the house is sold STC within a month of being put on the market. I got good background and contextual information from them , so that I feel I've been able to make well informed decisions on how to proceed with the sale. Recently dealt with Collinson Hall in purchasing another property in St Albans and the team were fantastic at keeping me updated throughout the entire process, which wasn’t straight forward as there were lots of offers on the same property! We have just let out our first flat and so far we are very happy we chose to use Collinson Hall to manage our property. Daniela, from coming out to view the property, to finding tenants (found very quickly), and answering our many questions has been a delight to deal with, always so prompt and helpful with her responses. Suzanne has also been great at helping to set everything up, even when there were a few bumps in the road.
