They do not return your deposit. It has been agreed to get it back with the owner but they have been postponing for 25 days so far. They blocked me from emailing them. I will need a lawyer to deal with them. Not recommended.

Terrible. I have used them for two tenants in the last 2 years. One was horrendous and I gave them a chance to make it right with a second one. 11 unanswered emails and 6 phone calls later I terminated my agreement.

We worked with Libby and Denis for four years where they took care of our property. They are incredibely professional and honest people. They use 1st class contractors and are always there to help.

Key letts took me on as a tenant when I left the armed forces and really made my transition into civilian housing an easy one. Always on hand to help and always going that extra inch would highly recommend this friendly and reliable letting agents. I was sad when my time came to move one a very happy 3 years spent with them.

My summary of Key Letts would amount to, an excellent Letting Agent with a personal touch. I first met Denis and Libby in 2012 as a tenant. Things went very well, so well in fact that I was impressed enough to contact them as an agent on my behalf when I was able to purchase a But to Let investment property the following year. It didn’t stop there, I have since had excellent service on a repeated basis, and recommended Denis and Libby’s efforts as a Letting Agent to my parents for their Buy to Let properties that they had on with other agents. They continue to work and be very happy with Key Letts today. I have since sold my Buy to Let property, but look forward to working with Denis and Libby again in the future.

Worst letting agents I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Not interested in helping people or resolving issues, took nearly 6 months to fix a toilet seat, amongst a list of other issues - do not use key letts you WILL live to regret it.
