Unfortunately, utterly hopeless is the only way I can describe Peabody as an organisation.
They never reply to emails or messages and trying to actually get through on the phone is an exercise in futility.
When we bought our home (freehold), delays with the management pack (it’s a managed development where communal green spaces are maintained) nearly lost us our buyers. We had to resort to raising an executive complaint to get the pack issued, and even then it took a tag team effort between myself and the previous owner to get the information.
Since moving in, if anything, things have been even more farcical. I have made multiple attempts to set up the payment for the modest estate maintenance fees without success. The ‘MyPeabody’ website doesn’t actually allow you to set up payments and repeated emails (at least 6 so far) has resulted in no response whatsoever.
As freeholders, we are fortunate in that the estate maintenance (of which there is precious little evidence, other than the guy frequently see sleeping in his Peabody van) is the only thing we have any reliance on, but I can only imagine the frustration if you are either a tenant or a shared ownership party of this housing association.
All I do know is that when we do eventually move on, I either hope things have improved or changed hands or I will be allowing a good six months to get hold of the management pack in advance.
Honestly shockingly bad.

Catalyst simply do nothing to address the antisocial behaviour of their tenants. I have been complaining for 18 months about one particular tenant and they've done absolutely nothing about it apart from allegedly sending a letter asking the tenant to stop which was ignored. Now all I get is an out of office reply when I try to contact them, and ringing customer services I'm just told to write to a generic mailbox.
Appalling service. One star is too good for them.

I moved out of my property 6 weeks ago and still waiting to get my overpayment which is over £500. I’ve called numerous times and cannot get hold of the accounts team, emailed endless times directly to the person who is handling the matter and no reply, I’ve even asked for the complaint procedure twice and they can’t be bothered to email me back. If I was in arrears for sox weeks I’m sure they would of send me eviction notices.

Terrible, when I moved in place was such a state you wouldn’t let a dog stay there let alone a human. had to spend thousands making it liveable. All you get is grief housing officers telling you bike is a fire hazard when it’s tucked under the stairs but don’t do anything about the mould in my bathroom. rent increases every single year. Honestly if you can avoid do! catalyst are awful.

Garden Contractors havnt been here since early February it's now end of July. I've Complained atleast 6 times over the last few months and still my garden has 5ft weeds and 3ft grass and bushes so high I can't see out my window. Absolutely shocking service since catalyst took over. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The, cleaning is not done properly as in swepping, Mopping stairs, cobwebs.... And frequently! That, comes out of your rent its a joke, not on....!!! The. bins are not emptied enough, it's a big estate needs more attention man, power
