Catalyst simply do nothing to address the antisocial behaviour of their tenants. I have been complaining for 18 months about one particular tenant and they've done absolutely nothing about it apart from allegedly sending a letter asking the tenant to stop which was ignored. Now all I get is an out of office reply when I try to contact them, and ringing customer services I'm just told to write to a generic mailbox. Appalling service. One star is too good for them.... I moved out of my property 6 weeks ago and still waiting to get my overpayment which is over £500. I’ve called numerous times and cannot get hold of the accounts team, emailed endless times directly to the person who is handling the matter and no reply, I’ve even asked for the complaint procedure twice and they can’t be bothered to email me back. If I was in arrears for sox weeks I’m sure they would of send me eviction notices.... Read more

Terrible, when I moved in place was such a state you wouldn’t let a dog stay there let alone a human. had to spend thousands making it liveable. All you get is grief housing officers telling you bike is a fire hazard when it’s tucked under the stairs but don’t do anything about the mould in my bathroom. rent increases every single year. Honestly if you can avoid do! catalyst are awful.... Read more

Garden Contractors havnt been here since early February it's now end of July. I've Complained atleast 6 times over the last few months and still my garden has 5ft weeds and 3ft grass and bushes so high I can't see out my window. The, cleaning is not done properly as in swepping, Mopping stairs, cobwebs.... And frequently! That, comes out of your rent its a joke, not on....!!! The. bins are not emptied enough, it's a big estate needs more attention man, power... Read more

BEING TOLD TO MOVE EVERY FIVE MINUTES BY NEW TENANTS WHO HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 5 MONTHS GET PEOPLE KNOCKING ON THE DOOR THREATENING TO KILL YOU. Except one guy who when I said I needed a repair as I couldn't live with it like it was asked me if I wanted to give in notice!!? Have been with aldwyck housing a year now and no problems at all very professional housing staff and repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively, cleaning is carried out weekly and if any problems arise there is a convenient number to ring in the lobby.Great housing association if you ask me....
