Thought the estate agent was rude and snappy. He did not listen or give me a chance to speak. Will not be buying a house from this company. It's not very often I review anything, probably haven't done one all year.

Brilliant !
I found Richard and Linda to be very efficient.
They kept me posted every step of the way and was most helpful.
I would certainly recommend NewBrooklands to anyone wishing to sell their property. You get an A* service for a very small fee !!!

I tried to arrange a viewing for a property they was selling. I was advised that I need to send an email, which I did. I asked some basic questions about the property which an agents should know but was advised to call back the next day. I called back the next day, late in the afternoon and spoke to a rude receptionist. They had no record of my enquiry from the previous day either. They said they don't have availability for viewings rill the following week, I said that isn't good service. The lady put the phone down on me. I called back, but they didn't answer I did leave a voicemail saying how unprofessional and ignorant they were... But still no returned phone call. Stay well away.

Highly recommended. We have had such a good experience with Newbrooklands, nothing was too much trouble and they work in such a modern flexible way it makes everything feel very personal. I'd more than happily sell with Newbrooklands in the future.

Richard and Linda were always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions. They made the whole experience easy and sell houses quick. The one problem we have, is that we can only use them once in a blue moon!
