I tried to arrange a viewing for a property they was selling. I was advised that I need to send an email, which I did. I asked some basic questions about the property which an agents should know but was advised to call back the next day. I called back the next day, late in the afternoon and spoke to a rude receptionist. They had no record of my enquiry from the previous day either. They said they don't have availability for viewings rill the following week, I said that isn't good service. The lady put the phone down on me. I called back, but they didn't answer I did leave a voicemail saying how unprofessional and ignorant they were... But still no returned phone call. Stay well away.

We chose to use New Brooklands because of the great reviews they had on Google compared to the larger chains of Estate agents in the area. They were absolutely spot on with valuation, local knowledge, prices,
photographs and totally professional throughout.
We used the recommended solicitors who were excellent too.
The house sold very quickly and we got the asking price we wanted.
I would highly recommend using New Brooklands to sell your house.

We bought and sold a house with Richard and Linda. They responded to our request to get a valuation immediately and came round to talk us through the process as we found our perfect house to buy and needed to act quickly.
We agreed the sale price and got it straight up for sale. Right away we had a buyer lined up and our offer was accepted on the house we wanted. What more could you want?

New Brooklands sold our house within a few days of us putting up on the market. They were the best value in Newton and offered good honest advice about the current state of the market and available properties. Having sold our house they then found us a potential new house which was due to come onto the market and we bought it without it coming onto public sale. This really helped us otherwise we'd have still been looking for months. Several other agents in Newton never bothered to come back to us about potential properties even though we had registered as looking for a house with them but Richard made everything much easier by getting us first refusal on our new home.

After taking the decision to relocate to the area I set out on the daunting task of multiple viewings. Wanting to find somewhere in a short space of time I contacted 6 of the local estate agents. After 2 couldn't arrange viewings due to me wanting to look on a Saturday after 12, come on guys this is 2015, I started the day. Richard was helpful, knew about the area/market and more importantly quickly understood my needs. Needless to say after several failed viewings with other agents, due to missing keys, not wanting to finish late and general apathy I returned to New Brooklands.
