We recently went through the rental process with PR Lettings and it couldn't have been easier. Kyle was the agent who guided us through and helped us find a perfect home that suited our needs as a family. Not only did he create a positive and welcoming atmosphere when we first met him, but he went above and beyond to provide us with the information we needed. After a recent bad experience with a landlord, Kyle put our minds at ease and we knew we were in safe hands. Kyle made sure the process was quick and painless, keeping us updated every step of the way. Couldn't rate the company and Kyle higher, great job guys. Update: 4 months into the tenancy and had our inspection completed by Jade who was friendly and professional. We also had some minor work needing doing a few months back and the agency sorted it asap and kept us updated throughout the process.... Read more

Just had the most shocking conversation with Jade who was unbelievably rude. I was calling in regards to a property for myself and my husband to rent as we are relocating. I explained our situation and how we would be paying upfront with our savings due to not having work up that way yet and instead of helping I got back “why would you want to do that?” I said “sorry? Because we are relocating as just explained?” she said “people only pay upfront when they have bad credit” I said well we don’t have bad credit are you accusing me of something?” She then asked if we were both unemployed and I said no we work full time where we currently live however we will be relocating the whole point of this call. I was so shocked and taken a back as I’ve spoken to so many different letting agencies over the past few days and they have all been lovely and very helpful yet this was appalling. I asked to speak to her manager but I was told she was out and would have to call back. I hope I get this call as I would like to make a formal complaint. Awful awful experience.... Read more
