After living 7 years in a property, questmap has tried to keep our deposit to make a refurbishment on our account. Glad we have won a dispute with DPS. Obviously, wear and in tear after 7 years is significant, but trying to earn on your loyal tenants is low. I will never recommend the agency to any of my friends again.
Agent Nick was very disrespectful, sometimes rude and left very bitter after effect. I have never in my life felt so upset after speaking to a person.

Absolute shambles...Avoid by all means!!!
I have been renting flat for 7 years and they have gone down the drain from being a great landlord/agency to having a guy called Nick in charge. He is absolutely destroyed all positives that were associated with Questmap..
Nick is an arogant, disrespectfull, incompetent person, who has no place in property management businesss. . Instead of dealing with real issues like communal garden that was unsafe for public and grass that was trimmed once a year he:
1. was throweing all energy on dealing with buch of under 7's who were happily playing in the garden...
2. Ignored drugs abuse in the property that everyone else knew about, 'except him'
3. spreaded rumours to other neighbours about you and others
4. Disclosing personal information that is private and confidantial..
The list goes on....
!!!!You will not get your deposit back from them, unless you challange them. Luckily, the truth was on my side and I got my deposit back, except £70 donations that i have left him to buy a tuth brush, mauth wash, etc..
Unfortunately inly had 3 pictures left...

Questmap will do the bare minimum for their tenants, all maintenance and repairs are cheap 'bodge jobs' (when they bother to repair issues), and they will use a buildings listed status as an excuse for getting out of having to complete basic maintenance to save themselves money. This includes avoiding making the windows weatherproof and making the property vermin free.
Peter Harding and team take no responsibility for making sure that their tenants don't make the properties of other tenants unliveable due to statutory noise nuisances, even when we involved the council Questmap had nothing to say about the issue and denied that there was an issue.
Avoid at all costs.

Their stuff and service is really rude and their way of doing business really shady. They are at the limit of what could be called legal and surely beyond good practice.

Very good and reliable company, rented out a house, no struggles, all promises were kept , no nuisance , everything is in perfect condition, they are helpful, and always maintain good relationship with the tenants. A+ Service
