Lovely people to work with, super engaged and very knowledgeable about the area which was great for me as I was new to the North. I had appointed what turned out to be appallingly bad conveyancing solicitors and would have imploded were it not for their empathic support and excellent communication. Purchased a property through Robinson and Lyon recently. By far the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Always responded to queries quickly, happy to call the sellers when needed. Helped chase things up when solicitors were dragging their feet. Provide more than just an estate agent service, Marie just seems to be a genuinely kind, helpful and lovely person. Only met Mike once but got that impression from him too. Thank you both for all your help in making a very stressful time as smooth as possible.
Hopefully we will never sell our home as we love it. But if we do we wouldn't hesitate to use Robinson & Lyon.

Fantastic service and the most friendly down to earth family run company. I have bought and sold a home from here and also recently had a house valuation. Just used Robinson and Lyon to sell our house and can't praise them enough. Mike took some great photos of our house and got it on the market very quickly. Marie was very supportive throughout the whole process, especially when we encountered a few issues with the sale. Marie has a lovely understanding manner and nothing was too much trouble for her.
