Over the past 40 years I have frequently been a landlord and a tenant, and I have never had better service than from Laila, Georgie and Stephanie at Silverbirch. Silverbirch isn’t just a smart website, it is a team that works extremely hard to build a portfolio of top properties while at the same time nurturing relationships that will deliver deserving tenants. The first viewing of our property sealed the deal with a lovely tenant. Their willingness to ensure both landlord and tenant are happy, regardless of how difficult or menial, makes all the difference. There is always a smile, a laugh and a can-do attitude.

The team at Silverbirch were fantastic from start to finish. Stephanie showed us around our beautiful home and as soon as we said we loved it she did everything possible to get us the keys within just a couple of weeks. Always available to help and responded right away (she even messaged us on the weekend to let us know we got the house as she knew how much we loved it!) Such a friendly and knowledgable team - highly recommend!

I feel bad for taking so long to leave this review for Silverbirch agency but wow what a busy year we have had and all thanks to the professionalism and dedication shown by Laila and her team.
Laila and her colleagues sold our cottage last year and boy they did an incredible job.
Such incredible marketing and beautiful photos that I would have bought my own house all over again!!
Laila and Co. went out of their way to keep us informed and helped where they could to keep the process going, they were worth every penny!
One thing that Laila excels in is going the extra mile, she is available well after normal working hours, she gives you a mobile where you can contact via text and on the dedicated WhatsApp group she sets up for the sale which was very helpful, very reassuring, and when we hit a few obstacles she even helped us find last minute storage for our home contents as we had to move into rented accommodation for whilst our next home was ready to move into.
I can’t recommend them enough and will use them for all my future sales and letting needs.

Avoid this agency at all costs!
The director/founder (who will remind you of this title at any given opportunity.) Is utterly unprofessional.
We had invited Silverbirch over to value our property, which is currently let via us using a short term letting site, this agent thought it was appropriate to pass her mobile number to my husband, apparently she offers extras along side rentals. On further looking into this, speaking to professional other local agents who valued our property and now market it, it would seem this isn’t unusual behaviour from this “founder”
No doubt there will be an extremely long winded response from the “director , founder” of this agency denying any of this. But please do approach with caution.
Looking through your reviews and the amount of properties you have avail - something doesn’t add up!
