HISTORY
Established by Jason Parker in 1996, The Property Shop Swindon is one of Swindon’s leading independent Estate Agents.
Chris Randall joined the team in 2001 following the merger with his company, Abbott & Partners. Peter Hall was welcomed aboard in 2012 when his company, Green Abbey Estates, merged with The Property Shop.
All the Directors have a reputation for straight-talking and expert professional advice based on knowledge of the area and their considerable expertise.

We've moved 14 times in the last 36 years!! Never thought I'd say this but we highly recommend this Estate Agent. This is the first Estate Agent that we've ever recommended (and experience tells us that unless we move and use The Property Shop again it's likely to be the last). Jason was honest, helpful, always available to call and get more from our Solicitor that we were able to. In addition we struck a very good deal. Jason comes highly recommended from us - don't waste your time with the others.

Fantastic Agency from start to finish. Great value and impeccable service.
Our house was on the market and available to potential buyers almost instantly, viewings were encouraged and were fitted in easily.
After an accepted offer they still kept in touch and offered updates if and when they had any.
I honestly can’t recommend them enough and will definitely use them again.

Well what can I say - I would highly recommend!. Jason went above and beyond what you would expect from an Estate Agent. He is a brilliant communicator and is quite happy to "hand hold". Nothing was too much trouble. He kept us up to date with what was going on between solicitor's/agent's/client's,. I used to wonder what Estate Agent's did for their money but he is worth his weight in gold! When the first time buyer in the chain refused to move for another month because the deadline was missed for exchanging contracts (and he had just paid a month's rent), Jason actually paid 3/4 of the rent for him! He did this because our buyer's were expecting a baby imminently and wanted to move before the baby was born. I would say I wouldn't hesitate to use him again but this is our forever home and we don't plan on moving again :-)

Very professional and great service received by the property shop. Jason went out of his way to ensure the sale was complete acting more like our solicitor at times.
Would recommend to anyone I know wishing to sell, in fact I have and heard great things from them too!
