I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Thomas V Shaw and Co Ltd as my first experience of letting, and getting our first shop was a wonderful experience from the minute we called to view. Chantal was lovely who showed us around the shop her knowledge and kindness made us feel at ease. Hilary who got everything ready for us was very professional and knowledgable. She explained everything in detail to ensure everything was understood, and was so lovely. The expertise but politeness and kindness made the experience 200% I couldn’t recommend enough. Excellent firm. Cater for lettings and provide honest advice. One of the oldest and respected estate agents. David is a chartered surveyor and has vast knowledge in this territory.
Family run business who are polite and look out for your welfare and try their hardest to reach an amicable solution.

considering we use Thomas Shaw as an estate agent, i say they are the best estate agent we've gone through by far and really do take care of the tenants, Especially with nuisance neighbors complaints. I would use Thomas Shaw any day of the week and would recommend them to anyone.
