6th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things

16th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Worst company imaginable. Gave us misinformation for over six months regarding entry dates and also told us development was finished when it was not. Double check everything you are told by them. They misled us and we ended up over £18000 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all cost. They don’t admit liability for anything they do.
7th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Amazing service from Warners - all staff were attentive and supportive from the beginning. Even with a sale fall through and having to go back on the market, they helped ease the upset of what was a really upsetting time, found me a new buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Cannot fault their service, Caitlin Meaney was my negotiator and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and gave fantastic advice / came across very knowledgeable on the market for the area and time I was selling. Would 100% recommend Warners, and have already done so to a few also looking to sell. I met with around 4 estate agencies total and Warners were the clear choice from the start. Thanks so much for all your help! We now have sold our flat and purchased our forever family home and couldn’t have done it without your help.

28th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Had problems getting through to my team initially as messages went awry. I went up to Musselburgh and spoke directly to Cherese and everything went smoothly after that. Lina then came onboard and negotiated a fair price on the property I wanted. The score then went to good communication.
5th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)Extremely helpful and provided everything they advertised. The sale from the first contact to accepting an offer was seamless and they kept in regular contact throughout the sales process.
10th Oct 2019 (4 years ago)I've recently made my will and power of attorney, I've now lost count of how many times I've had to go in to the (Haddington) office as they keep on getting names and addresses wrong. Told them numerous times but clearly not paying attention to detail.
19th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

16th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)I recently put my property up for sale with Drummond Miller. The “selling” part of this service was poor. It appeared as if the leading agent, Robert, didn’t care in the slightest, as emphasised by the very nonchalant responses to my queries throughout. My ad was also full of errors (including my address) and when pointed out I was assured this would be changed, which it wasn’t, prior to going live. Once sold I can’t fault the service in terms of the sale and legal work. Pam was professional, helpful and reassuring throughout the remainder of the process. I have mixed feelings towards Drummond Miller LLP now but due to the poor initial service I wouldn’t recommend.

Throughout both they have been professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Shout outs for Eileen Henderson and Sinead Duffy who have been excellent throughout the process. I would highly recommend Neilsons as a firm.

The staff were consistently professional, knowledgeable, and transparent in their communication with us throughout the entire process. They kept us informed at each stage and were punctual in responding despite the time differences to where we live. When I started getting anxious as the settlement date approached, the staff at Neilson's were reassuring and gave us confidence that the transaction would be completed on time.
12th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)From the initial contact with Jayne who took care of sales and marketing through to the completion of conveyancing with Cameron, the service was excellent. The fixed fee estate agency resulted in significant cost savings compared to quotes obtained from other solicitors (no other firm I spoke to came close). Jayne and Cameron were friendly, professional and very easy to get hold of when we needed to speak to them. I have already recommended Cameron Stephen & Co to a neighbour and will use their services again.
