She communicates well with the landlord and handles tenants delicately and professionally. She took the initiative to invite other professionals from Hamptons large pool of experts to assist the landlord with decisions and was supportive in coordinating with the landlord’s contractors during extensive renovations.

27th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We switched the management of this property in Queens Park Place from another leading agent at the end of previous tenancy on 20th April 2026. The Lettings team - Carmen, Louise, Sofia were right on the ball and within days had organised a few viewings. A letting was agreed at the asking rental amount with the 3rd viewer (after two other tentative offers). We, as landlords, were very prompt in responding to all requests for certificates/info/Licence etc and the tenants references were promptly gathered and approved. As a result of their efficiency, the tenant moves in today (27th May). Very happy with the service and efficiency and hope to have a long and mutually beneficial association with KF. Thanks Team!

Tom and Nick were great right from the start when the house went on the market, and then when the house was sold, Janice and Erica helped to make the process as smooth as possible. We all know that selling/buying a property is very stressful but when you are being guided by true professionals, it definitely makes it easier. It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. 28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We’ve been in contact with Elliot Gold , one of their agents who was really unprofessional with us . There was an issue with our rent agreement which caused a lot of frustration for us and the landlord and Eliot didn’t understand our side so we felt that their agent doesn’t understand the real estate laws properly. I wouldn’t choose them as a landlord or as a tenant.

It ended up being a challenging transaction (for reasons beyond their control) and they did a great job of following up issues and pushing for the sale to complete in a timely manner. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

In the starting they took care of everything but when they rented out the property they don't even bother about the problem which tenants are facing in the property. Not going to recommend at all. They also deduct our deposit without giving us a single proof. And they refund our rest of the deposit after 2 months and long arguments. The service for entire year was awful.

During the viewing, Abu showed a great relationship with the previous tenants, which really highlights their excellent service. Highly recommend!
