Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. The sale process required enormous patience, persistence, and careful handling of multiple parties. Throughout the entire journey, Nathan Taylor, and especially Billy Saxton provided incredible support, continuous communication, and reassurance at every stage. Billy Saxton in particular was absolutely instrumental in getting the transaction completed. His professionalism, diplomacy, and ability to manage complex interactions between all parties were truly outstanding. I am genuinely grateful to Billy for all his hard work and dedication. Without his persistence and support, I do not believe this sale would have been completed successfully. Thank you again to the entire team — I would highly recommend Goldschmidt & Howland Highgate to anyone looking for committed and professional estate agents with in-depth understanding of Highgate property market
4th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.
20th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Sellers need to read the paperwork carefully. They will try to pressure you to sell at a low price, just so that they can get their commission and be done with the entire process before their marketing period elapses. After this period, the clauses in the paperwork will not allow the property to be shown to potential buyers if this agency had already arranged a viewing with them during their marketing period. Throughout the process, I had a feeling that they were acting on behalf of the buyer, and not the seller. With renting out, this agency wrote to my tenant, who I had found myself, and asked him to move out to one of their other properties!! So that I would have to go through a new contract with them at a higher commission rate.

They were always quick to respond to any questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free.<br>Their friendly approach and willingness to help gave me confidence at every stage, and I felt well supported from the initial viewing through to moving in. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and smoothly.<br>I would highly recommend Your Move to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused rental agency. Thank you to the team for providing such excellent service.- 18th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

Elle Osborne and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Elle incredibly helpful, always keeping me updated and making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her communication, knowledge and dedication really stood out, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’m so grateful for all the support and hard work from Elle and the team at EO Estate Agents, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

16th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
