Fortunately Wayne is pleasant and straightforward to deal with, very responsive, and pro-active with communications and feedback from viewers. We got it sold, and I absolutely recommend Stonehouse Estates.

Their team is consistently responsive, very professional and supportive; ensuring everything is handled smoothly. I would particularly like to mention “Jimmy Castle”, who was exceptionally helpful and approachable. He consistently was chasing up on the issue with my flat’s ceiling for almost 2months, to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible, which I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend Sovereign House to anyone whois looking for a reliable service.

5th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Aron for making it possible for me to move into my new rented shared house at exactly the time I needed it. He made the entire house?hunting process completely stress?free, even taking me to view different properties after the original one I wanted had already been let by another landlord. Aron listened carefully to my preferences, took me to my current home, and ensured I secured the exact type of room I asked for. He also made sure I was able to move in within the timeframe I had given him. The Charles Knight team has also been amazing—truly a team that cannot go unacknowledged. It is clear that client satisfaction is one of their core values, and I have no regrets about finding my new home through them. Charles Knight are genuinely reliable agents to work with, and they make sure you are well taken care of throughout the process. 16th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Very unprofessional conduct from John Payne Estate Agents. As estate agents they should know the regulations, including that only one board per building is allowed and boards should be removed within 14 days after a sale under the Town and Country Planning Regulations. Multiple boards were left outside our building at 41 Wellington Street (SE18) for over a year. Two boards had previously fallen and could have seriously injured someone if a pedestrian had been walking there at the time. One has since been removed, but several boards remain fixed along the fence and two more are lying in the landscaping. This level of negligence is concerning and does not inspire trust in the professionalism of this agent. The issue will be reported to the Royal Borough of Greenwich council.
