Why fix the root of the problem when you can paint over it and call it a day?<br><br>If you’ve ever wanted to experience the thrill of wondering what will leak next or whether breathing indoors is a good idea, do rent a property managed by this sorry excuse of a company.

They were always accommodating when arranging viewings and took the time to clearly explain everything about the property. Communication between all parties was smooth and prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Friendly, approachable, and very supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agency.

Buying a house is stressful but he really did manage to reduce that so much for us. His colleagues in the Chislehurst office were also wonderful when called into action.

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. I instructed them in the sale of my home and I valued their integrity and professionalism from the first meeting. Bruno was appointed as my sales negotiator. He knows the local market and is well connected. He worked hard to secure my buyer and oversaw the sales process, keeping me informed throughout. The rest of the team were friendly, approachable and always on hand to answer any queries. Thank you Castles for achieving what I needed in such a difficult climate!!

We had a couple of hurdles and delays during the conveyancing and legal process but F&C were excellent at continuing to push things along and get us to an eventual completion date. We would give a particular mention to Vito Szoma, who was incredible at introducing us to our new home and who was really helpful, clear and thorough with any questions we had during that stage, and to Alice Madden, who was extremely diligent, proactive and communicative throughout the process. Would definitely recommend F&C to anyone looking to buy or sell and, in particular, superstars Alice and Vito.
