Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. Buying and selling a house can be stressful, but they always treated us with kindness, empathy and patience, keeping everyone informed and doing everything they could to move things forward.<br><br>What impressed us the most was how they went above and beyond when the chain was at risk. They stepped in, worked tirelessly behind the scenes and quite literally helped save the deal. Their dedication made all the difference.<br><br>We are now happily settled in a house that we absolutely love, and we’re so grateful for everything Webb Estate Agents did to help make that happen.<br><br>Thank you for your professionalism, compassion and outstanding service. The KFH team were excellent at securing multiple viewings eventually securing a buyer for my flat. 18th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

From the start, the whole team were highly efficient, proactive and easy to deal with.<br><br>Anca and Ioana were both excellent throughout, keeping everything moving and making the process straightforward. A special thank you to John, who gave us sensible, honest advice and clearly understood the local market.<br><br>They secured excellent tenants for both properties and achieved record rents for us, which we were extremely pleased with. More importantly, we never felt they were simply focused on earning a fee. They acted like a proper business partner, looked at the bigger picture and genuinely wanted the best result for us.<br><br>We have dealt with plenty of agents over the years, and London Estates stood out for their communication, knowledge and personal service. We would happily recommend them to any landlord looking for a reliable and experienced local agent.

He’s friendly, helpful and professional, and has always been quick to respond whenever we needed anything. He’s also always been very quick to sort out and fix any issues that came up. We really appreciate all his help over the years and would definitely recommend Zack!

1st Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I reviewed good service from then although it wasn’t very perfect. It was a little bit hard sometimes to get through to some agents sometimes but apart from that I receive excellent service.
12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

1st Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I bought my property with John Payne Plumstead recently and dealt with Nathaniell Ward. It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so much

We were even more impressed and grateful that when dealing with our purchase, she quickly jumped in and helped when things fell quiet! Super knowledgeable, super efficient and super friendly.
