The customer service I received was second to none, they are prompt when it comes to answering all forms of queries being phone calls, emails etc.<br><br>The sales negotiator Maria who was handling the property I bought was very helpful and gave me a great service.<br>I highly recommend them for anyone who is planning to acquire a property.

30th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)Its not worth even giving 1 star as the property they are letting or they are managing, they are unable to solve single issue even after 8 months. Every time they just gives answer that they are following with landlord. I would not recommend anyone to go with this agent. As they promise they will do everything and till that day of your moving they will put into delusion and after moving they dont care you will put into queue for months like I mentioned above.<br><br>Even the five star review I believe they might asked there friends to put as this guys are not worth for 2 star for responding.

3rd Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Our experience with Petty Son and Prestwich was disappointing, we will not use them again.<br>After viewing one of the Properties which has been advertised to be rented for a certain amount, I have received a email from the Agent that I have to make an offer, unfortunately because I was not able to offer more than the advertised price when I called and asked about the property, they keep using same phrase “we haven’t heard from The Landlord”i’m glad I did not get the property otherwise I’ll be paying more than I should!!!!
9th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Great experience with this agent.Lewis and his team are well acquainted with the Brixton property market.Due to the sheer volume of transactions within the area they know how to realistically price for a sale.Tabby was a stand out in our sales procedure and nothing was too much trouble,going beyond what I would expect.Whilst this was not a quick sale,the whole team at Keatings worked as one to make it happen.

She was always friendly, professional and incredibly patient, even going out of her way to reschedule viewings when I was running late.<br>Nia kept in touch without ever being pushy and continued to send me new listings she genuinely thought I’d be interested in. It was clear she had taken the time to understand what I was looking for, rather than just sending generic recommendations.<br>Excellent customer service from start to finish – I’d happily recommend Nia to anyone looking to buy in the area.

I had many questions and would always receive prompt and sound responses, making the process easier for myself and providing me a lot of reassurance. James also guided me well on negotiation approaches to offers, ultimately leading to a higher sale price. Overall the broader team were helpful with any queries and support I had throughout the process

9th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Do not waste ur time if ur black skin they will refuse u they are racist attended a viewing no one else even was there to view it the whole house was empty full of rooms and they lied and said other people got accepted only for them to send me the same viewing in a email days later for. Viewing at the same house by accident because they thought I was someone else and they was clearly desperate to get someone to rent it they did it even ask for any references or anything of what I’m entitled to nothing just jumped to conclusion straight away and ur if reading this dont waste ur time like I did complete racisim

Communication was smooth, I always received quick replies, I always understood the process and at what stage we were at. All the staff were a pleasure to work with. Kate in particular, who helped me once my offer was accepted, was so helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout our communication. She always went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what was happening, and helped me with any questions I had. Can’t recommend them enough!
