The team were exceptional from helping us first understand pricing our property, feedback on viewings and what to change, and working with us through some stressful moments outside their/our control . I would highly recommend the full team, lead by Aidan. Aidan’s integrity in managing a particular scenario with other agents and clients is also to be noted.<br>Stephen brought us our buyers and was excellent during the conveyancing process, keeping us updated and all parties motivated. We are now happily in our new home thanks to Ellison’s help in selling our previous house.

She took time to get to know me as a buyer and understand what I needed from my property search. She was proactive and responsive on all communication and a pleasure to view properties with.<br>Many agents don’t give you space to view a house or get to walk around it properly with space and time and then ask questions afterwards! Daisy does! I never felt rushed or hurried and Daisy was always punctual and knowledgeable about each home and seller.<br><br>I will be using Daisy for my next house sale without question and want to thank her for being part of my journey to find the right property.

Selling a development like Kings Green for Abbey Homes comes with high expectations, strict processes and, at times, some challenging negotiations. Throughout it all, Julia wasn’t just passing messages between parties – she was actively involved in finding solutions and keeping everything moving forward.<br><br>What really sets Julia apart is that she genuinely puts her clients first. Rather than pushing for a sale, she took the time to understand what was right for us and worked tirelessly to achieve an outcome that suited everyone involved. It’s refreshing to deal with an estate agent who combines honesty, expertise and commercial awareness with such a personal approach. Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. Dipesh, Eleanor and Shivani were super supportive throughout the process giving me guidance, advice and support in the re-let. They were extremely communicative throughout, answering all queries almost instantaneously for our house sale.<br><br>Tom took his time providing a fair estimate for the house and giving clear evidence to support this. Thy arranged a few off market viewings for us and managed to get several other viewings as soon as it went on market.<br><br>There was good organisation for the viewings and Kristen and Ollie clearly took time to know the property inside out when showing people around.<br><br>The whole process went far smoother than expected and we're really happy with the service provided by LOFT. I can't recommend them highly enough!
