22nd Aug 2026 (19 days ago)AVOID at all cost whether you’re a tenant or a landlord.<br><br>Extremely disappointed. Worst agency we have ever had in the last 20 years having lived in NYC HK LDN. They did a good job in showing us the property and everything went downhill once we became tenants. The heater didn’t work for 1.5 year, the aircon also had issues, power cut, smoke alarms kept going off, water infiltration. Hamptons did not help with any of the issues we’ve had over the 2 years. They know nothing about the building and have only delayed the fixing of each issue we have encountered leaving us waiting in the cold months without heating. They are good at insignificant management like taking photos to keep a record, counting keys and number of teaspoons in the apartment. We’ve also always paid our rent on autopay to hamptons and the landlord voiced out that he didn’t receive the rent very late so I believe the Hamptons delayed the payment. On top of that, our landlord expressed that Hamptons severely overcharges him for sending people over who never managed to solve the issues. Whenever we have questions about the property, they can’t answer because they don’t know. We’ve always wondered what their job was if they couldn’t help with anything. So disappointing, please be warned. AVOID or you’ll waste a lot of time and money.
8th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.
20th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I gave a great review when my tenant moved and I will give a great review on moving out .. Anna is superb in her job of making sure all the end of tenancy jobs are done .. I didn’t need to lift a finger . Very smoothly done .. I shall definitely be using Rochfords again for sure .. with lots if experience in the Battersea area my advice is use Rochfords and stay away from the big boys .. no names mentioned !!<br>Great work guys .. ????????????????????????

18th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

Ben was not only hugely diligent, but he also supported the process with real care and attention to detail — which was important, as we don’t live locally. He sourced and secured new tenants within a week, and they moved in the following week. Fantastic job, and we would fully recommend him. The service struck the perfect balance of professionalism and scale without compromising on a bespoke, personal touch. Thanks, team!

They were professional, responsive and made the whole process incredibly easy for us as landlords.<br><br>What really stood out was how fair and balanced they were. They looked after the tenants properly while also making sure our interests as landlords were protected, which made for a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.<br><br>Communication was excellent, nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they took a lot of the stress out of managing the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any landlord looking for an estate agent who is reliable, fair and genuinely easy to work with.
1st Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I bought my property with John Payne Plumstead recently and dealt with Nathaniell Ward. It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so much

Communication was always excellent with Andrew. When we moved out, Panikos made sure we had a smooth transition and the deposit was returned to us immediately.
