He made the experience incredibly seamless, from initial viewing to exchange and beyond. Jack is only early into his career by his own admission, but you wouldn’t know this from working with him. My wife and I have been looking to buy an apartment in South Kensington / Chelsea since Christmas and have therefore been exposed to your teams. I wanted to write to commend the way in which we have been dealt with by Harry Shaw and Felicity Curran. They are fantastic and a real credit to Chestertons and your brand. We had a regrettable failed attempt at buying one property but all those dealings were dealt with extremely professionally by Harry. We are now on track with our purchase of another and we have very much enjoyed dealing with the charming, Felicity. They are great individuals and deserve to get good feedback.

They know the area exceptionally well, no question or concern goes unanswered and their communication is top notch. I’m planning to stay in the lovely place they’ve brought into my life, but I would choose them to represent any sale I might do in the future and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a true, expert level agency.

There was less than one hour between Rebecca responding to my inquiry and my viewing with Tiffany was less! I was extremely pleased with their fast replies and professionalism, I definitely recommend starting here if you’re planning a move.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Henry was very kind and knowledgeable when he first showed me around the house and Lucy was absolutely amazing at chasing solicitors to ensure that we completed on time. 16th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I booked a viewing last week and this morning checked the online listing, which was still showing the original price. However, when I arrived to view the property, I was informed that the price had been increased at the last minute. While I understand that online listings can change, surely a basic courtesy would be to contact prospective viewers to let them know about any price changes, so they can decide whether they still want to attend. This felt like a complete waste of time. Furthermore, their website claims that all rooms are en-suite, but in reality only one room had a proper en-suite bathroom. The other six rooms only have showers and no toilet facilities, which is very misleading. I strongly urge the management to be more transparent and respectful towards potential tenants.

The apartment was perfect, any issues that have occurred were quickly resolved, signing and referencing process was easy and quick, they were flexible on payment methods and always replied in the matter of minutes. Having experienced other agencies in the area, I can genuinely recommend them and say that they are much more better than others.

The advice they gave was very honest and direct which I found very refreshing compared to previous experiences with other agents. I would highly recommend Loporto Browne!
