After a prompt visit for the valuation, photos were then taken, the sales brochure was produced the same day and the property appeared on RightMove that afternoon. Viewings were almost immediate (they were very accommodating in being present at viewings with my elderly Mum) and we were kept up to date with feedback instantly. Louise in the office was very helpful (as was everyone I dealt with). Any phone calls or emails were answered promptly by the friendly team. Everything went very smoothly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The decision to give you the business proved to be a wise choice because you secured a buyer quickly and proved to be an excellent agent throughout the whole process. 10th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer. Sandeep and Jas were always helpful. Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all. 15th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a long drawn out buying experience with a property that wasn't straight forward. It took 6 months to complete. I liked Yesmine straight away. She showed us around and was off to the Tottenham cup winners parade which I thought was very character defining. Daniel in the office may disagree? Yesmine was open, communicative and present throughout the process. She is very patient, straight forward and experienced. It was also pleasant meeting Nyree who handed me the keys just before Xmas. I think this office has a good team in place.

What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.

He secured a great tenant for my flat, and completed all of the necessary checks / property preparations for me. I found the process much easier than using one of the well known large agencies in London (who I have had terrible experiences with in the past) - I’d highly recommend to others, and have already passed his details on to friends looking for an agent in London.

Props to Shaun, Edelyn and Joyce. They are highly recommended. If you're looking around this area, they are certainly the go-to letting agency.

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. Renowned Homes made a daunting process seem incredibly smooth. Five stars ??????
