16th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)In the end Acorn Dulwich took over temporarily but managed to sell our property within a week, listen to our wishes and had great communication. The manager from Acorn Forest Hill Nellie left and someone called Carly took over and her communication was absolutely rubbish she booked in viewings and didn't turn up. Forest Hill Acorn needs more training with knowing how to deal with their clients. Acorn Dulwich the gentleman name Harry gets a 10 star from us!!!

Fantastic images for the property listing and numerous updates every week. They arranged lots of viewings really knowing their customer base. Ahmad was amazing
12th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I’m not one for leaving reviews but I wanted to write about my personal experience in letting with Holly Erarslan at Hamptons. After deliberating on whether to sell or rent our property in west London (and seeing every agent in the area) my husband and I decided to rent, as we felt secure in leaving our family home in Holly’s very capable hands. As our home was fully furnished to a high standard we were a bit hesitant at first. Throughout the tenancy Holly could not have made our experience more reassuring and professional. Her customer service skills are second to none, she spoke to us with such assurance and genuine care and understanding - and we always felt that she had everything in hand. It’s what’s missing in most customer service today - that extra level of personal care. Holly would phone or meet in person and explain things meticulously, she would sometimes make a point to go over something we weren’t sure about (or comfortable with) and our feelings were always a priority and important to her. She would often request we take some time to think it all over. And despite a few obstacles and life choices we’ve had to make along the way, we always knew with confidence, that any decisions we made with Holly were going to be the right ones - and that she had our best interests at heart. Since our meeting over a year ago we decided to carry on our rental with Holly and her lovely team and I can honestly say she is the main reason why we chose to stay with Hamptons. She’s a credit to her team, she makes you feel like you’re dealing with a friend, and not just a company… and she is walking proof of what most customer service is lacking (but still exists!) in the world today. If I could give her a 20 out of 10, I would! If you’re considering Hamptons, please do not hesitate in meeting with Holly. Kristy May McCormack

1st Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I have used Jason and his team for 5 years now first in purchasing a flat then managing and letting it. They have always been thoroughly professional and efficient throughout this period. I would highly recommend and most certainly the best estate agent I have come across.
10th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Our experience with HomeLink has been extremely negative.<br><br>We returned the keys on 14 May 2026 and recorded a video at the time of handover as evidence. Despite this, we were later told that the keys had only been returned on 2 June 2026. We have evidence showing otherwise.<br><br>When we rented the property, we were informed by Zach that there were no damp or mould issues. However, during our tenancy we experienced significant damp, mould and moisture problems throughout the property, particularly during the winter months. My wife and child developed asthma-related health problems, and we have supporting medical evidence.<br><br>We moved out on 30 April 2026 and were preparing to move into another property. During this process, HomeLink provided a negative reference, stating that rent payments had been late. We had already informed them in writing that my salary payment date had changed and requested that the payment date be adjusted accordingly. Despite this, the issue was not resolved.<br><br>HomeLink has withheld our £2,015 deposit and has attempted to charge rent for a period when we were no longer living in the property. We have written communications showing that we informed the agency in advance about leaving the property.<br><br>We feel that we were treated unfairly throughout this process. We have retained emails, messages, video recordings and other evidence and have started legal proceedings regarding these matters.<br><br>Potential tenants should carefully document all communications and thoroughly inspect any property for damp and mould issues before signing a tenancy agreement.

28th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Winkworth Estate Agent in Cheam is a very competent and professional company. Shaun Amner, the Director, and his team acted as my agent for the sale of my family home. They were also the agent for the vendor of the property I wished to purchase. Everything was done accurately and to speed (which was an important demand made by both my buyer and seller). Any questions I had during the conveyancing process were answered quickly and precisely. The team had my full trust and confidence when acting for me. Every individual I dealt with at the office was courteous, knowledgable and always up to speed with the situation on both my sale and purchase at all times, which made for an excellent client experience knowing that I had a cohesive and effective team working for me. If I were asked how Winkworth could improve based on my experience, I would have to say, "It's impossible to improve on perfection!" Well done, Amner, Georgie, Kirstie, Jane and Evie; and thank you all for the part you played, particularly in delivering my aspiration of buying the dream property I did.

Tobias and Irina were both brilliant - thorough, quick to respond and on top of every detail. They kept us in the loop at every stage, chased things before we even had to ask, and made what's normally a stressful process feel easy. Their local knowledge of E20 is brilliant too - they know the area inside out and that made a real difference in helping us find the right place. They even put us in touch with solicitors who were just as good to deal with - and the whole thing went so smoothly, which isn't something you can usually say when buying a property. Genuinely professional, honest and a pleasure throughout - felt like we were in safe hands the whole way. Can't recommend Tobias, Irina and the team highly enough. Five stars from us and a big thank you for getting us into our new home.
