Vile, unprofessional people. Do some research into them and find all the articles about their dodgy dealings. Absolute horror show it is living at one of their buildings. Cockroach infestation left to build up over two years, main entrance doesn't lock and was left like this for so long that homeless people caught onto it and started taking refuge in the stairwell. Lift never works. Disgustingly rude employees, especially Darta. Avoid like the plague, in fact if given a choice between the plague and these people, I'd chose the plague!

Appalling - the staff are rude and will ignore major issues. Everyone in my block managed by an agent of AA Homes has had intermittent hot water for more than 3 months. Currently, I have had no hot water for an entire week and they just ignore you. Plenty of other issues like a leak in the ceiling, dodgy electrics and windows that don't close properly. Reported them all and they simply don't care. Your only hope as a tenant of theirs is to leave or report them to the Private Housing sector of the council

Was terrible, they always take like 2 weeks to do anything or fix anything, I left the apartment 2 months ago, still waiting for deposit, they re a mess, bad organization. I had to took legal actions.

I have rented from this company and the rent was very reasonable they did not increase it even after 8 years. I would highly recommend this company to others for rental. I am currently signing up to one of the new flats in central Croydon which I am getting on a small discount as I have been a long term tenant. The maintenance is always done on time and I am very happy to be a customer of this company.

Called Five times with regards to a property they had for sale and nobody would speak to me. I tried sending an email to anwar which was ignored.
I am baffled that they advertise a property for sale yet fail to respond to enqueries.

Currently housed in one of dr ansaris properties. Avoid avoid avoid.
Has lied about works done and has left a young family for 6 months with no hot water or heating. Of which he is fully aware !
