Dear Johanne, Jenny and I wanted to say a huge “Thank You” to you, Mark and all the team at Allgood & Davey for a truly excellent service with our recent sale of Swifts Barn - we simply couldn’t have asked for more. We considered various agents but settled on Allgood & Davey as you seemed to have rather unusual properties and to offer a highly individual service. From the initial assessment and valuation by Mark and really excellent photographs by Richard, a first class brochure and great enthusiasm by Mark and Johanne whenever a potential buyer showed interest, we were thoroughly impressed at every stage. From the outset we were presented with a steady flow of serious potential buyers and in fact arranged a sale within a week or so of going on the market. Sadly that sale fell through after four months for reasons beyond the buyer’s control, but Mark and Johanne swiftly moved to put us back on the market and we had another buyer arranged within days after several more good quality viewings. A successful sale was completed very quickly close to the asking price. It’s when things go wrong that the true quality of a business can be judged and Allgood & Davey certainly passed that test with flying colours. Nothing was too much trouble and excellent advice was a just ‘phone call away. We firmly believe we would not have got anything like the quality of service from one of the larger agents, so thank you again for all you did for us. We rented and then bought through Allgood & Davey. A very different experience to any other estate agent I have dealt with before. All communication was friendly, honest and professional. They also went out of their way to fit in extra viewings so that we could measure up before exchange. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.... Read more

My family and I viewed a house through Allgood & Davey and first impressions of the marketing was exceptional; a descriptive background into the history of the house, professional photographs, and all local amenities mapped out. We were accompanied in our viewing by Johanne who was attentive but also giving us time to view the house as we wished whilst answering our many questions. You could see that she had taken her time to get to know the house to enable her to answer any questions. In our experience you could tell that Allgood & Davey were a 1st class estate agency....
