I just wish to thank Neil for everything he's done. Every time I rang him he was friendly and helpful and I never felt like I was being a nuisance. In addition there was an issue at the last minute where the purchaser tried to get money from me for factor-related activity which I should not have been responsible for. Neil dealt with this proactively before consulting with me and dismissing their claim. This reaffirmed to me his diligence and competence.
I will most certainly use Neil again in future should the need arise. I've also given my friend, who is selling a property in August/September, a glowing reference. He has just met Neil as he had to drop in the keys of the flat and liked him immediately. After consulting me he has decided to use his services also.
The price is as competitive as there is in the market and I seriously doubt whether any of the bigger companies, who charge more, could have provided a better service.
I also won't hesitate to recommend Neil to any other friends or work colleagues who are involved in a property sale / purchase in future.
