I had a very bad tenancy with this company. I rented a 5 bedroom terraced house and since the landlord lived outside the uk I often had to interface with the agency for issues with the property, especially with the agent KAREN who on every occasion proved to be unhelpful and truly rude. One of the most striking episodes is when he called me to tell me that the blacksmith sent by them to repair the doors (which did not close since they had been mounted upside down) was upset because he entered the house with the keys given by the agency without knocking the door or ring the bell even thought I was at home and that I would therefore open him to home, obviously as soon as I saw him enter without bothering to notify I was a bit disconcerted and angry that the agency had told him to enter with the keys that nobody was at home, I had written and email saying that I would be home. Now, it was not a pleased to find a stranger in my house with me alone inside, this is what I said to Karen on the phone and in response I have to feel that I was a liar since he had tried to knock and ring the bell before entering, which was not happened since I was in front of the door. Obviously I have no heard apologise for what happened but only here me say a liar. From the times after when Karen came into the house as soon as she entered screamed and when she saw me she said that at least she had become hear by me, making fun of me. This is one of the many successful episodes, after a year of tenancy I can absolutely say that they are not professional and that I felt in a way as bullied by their superficial and arrogant behaviours. Unhelpful agents and rude. I’ve rented a 5 bedroom house for a year and I have been treated like a fool for the whole tenancy. We had many issues throughout the year and especially when we were about to check out and people were visiting the flat (with a very short notice) my bedroom door was locked and my keys were inside the room. When I contacted Karen (the agent) the only thing she could tell me was that she did not know anything about that. Also she was very unprofessional and short telling me that ‘strange things happen’. Of course the damage was payed by myself. Other visits happened and she never addressed me directly after that episode and she was commenting loudly about our tidiness. A childish behaviour from a ‘professional’. These good reviews are definitely fake. Unacceptable!... Read more

Karen was lovely from the first moment we enquired about the property. You can tell Belvoir really take an interest in who you are and what you are looking for, whether you're a prospective tenant, or a landlord. She was also happy to answer our (many!) emails and questions and is still there for us now that we have moved in. It was all very smooth and I couldn't recommend them enough! In my experience, it's quite rare to find an estate agent that has a personal touch in London, but Belvoir definitely have it! We're in love with our home and couldn't be happier, so thank you very much!... Read more

Belvoir has always provided us with excellent service. When we bought our flat in palmers Green, everyone in the office was super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Since then, we have been with Belvoir for many years as landlords and the team remains the same and consistently strong. Karen always finds us professional and reliable tenants. She and the team always go the extra mile to make sure that everybody is happy with arrangements. I cannot recommend Belvoir too highly.... Read more
