Unhappy ...I have requested for the agent to come complete repairs in my place. The only action they took was to do an "inspection" on the requests that I gave. when they came i was promised someone to come deal with the issues within a week and it has now been three weeks and they are ignoring my emails.... not impressed and waiting still !... Very unpleasant experience to bought and sell the commercial property from this agent! they wasted my time!! wasted my money! no pick up phone, no reply email, no reply message, always delay the process. they seriously made me lose one buyer, and seriously ruined my life and work plan, seriously waste my time my money! they have to take responsibility for my lose!! not recommend at all!... Very unpleasant experience. Agent described them as very professional agency but I was unable to experience that. Ignored emails, rude people. Example: we had dripping water from the roof just above our bed which we pointed out numerous of times with no help. At the end of the tenancy we were charged for stain on the mattress which was a result of this dripping. And that's just one of many problems we've encounter. Unfortunately you cannot give zero stars. Avoid at all cost!... Read more

Their ability to manage properties is totally absent. Lights broken, toilets broken and shabby conditions. Total disregard for Health and Safety, fire regulations or security. Spend the extra and go elsewhere, it will pay dividends in the long run!... Read more

Christo & co were a good company to work with, in my experience. Everything was quite clear and when I needed something replaced or fixed , it was addressed and quite straightforward. I always felt as though my concerns were heard and they made efforts to make my tenancy as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
