Have had to come and change my review as the customer service from Curo is appalling. I have multiple problems with my property and I have to keep chasing for updates. Noone communicates. Noone helps. Noone calls you back. If you have the option of using a different company DO IT. I have ADHD and 3 small children. Ive rang multiple times had to send multiple emails. The same 3 issues I’ve had since move in over a month ago still exist. Im so angry at myself for taking this property and being stuck in this negative loop.
