My partner and I have been with Dunpark for several years, only finishing our tenancy as we moved abroad. I have nothing but good things to say about this company! They gave us the best service by far out of any other letting agent I've ever come into contact with. Chris was a wonderful property manager and helped us out so much over the years! Brilliant and efficient service! We recently ran into a problem with our HMO Licence which could have been a disaster as we rent out our flat. Dunpark took it on, did all the necessary preparation work and represented us at the HMO hearing - as a result everything was fine - phew! So far Dunpark seems to be a really nice and efficient letting agency. Not only was the letting process nice and smooth, but they were so far always quick and uncomplicated when I logged some repair/replacement that needed to be done. When I told them the mattress was getting old they replaced it within a week.... Read more
