Have been a tenant of a Dunpark flat in the past and, after my good experience, when I became a landlord they were top of my list - and I wasn't disappointed. Emma and her team have been professional, helpful and consistent in their approach. As nervous new landlords they guided us effectively through the whole process and have been excellent at both representing any issues that tenants raised, and any issues we may have had throughout. Brilliant and efficient service! We recently ran into a problem with our HMO Licence which could have been a disaster as we rent out our flat. Dunpark took it on, did all the necessary preparation work and represented us at the HMO hearing - as a result everything was fine - phew! They are very good and diligent managing agents and I can highly recommend them!... Read more
