Possibly one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I have lived in 2 places in Milton Keynes where Eagerstates are the managing company. Medina House had an issue with leaks in practically most of the flats and they failed to address it properly in due time. Granton House extraction fans in all flats are currently not working and haven’t been for a while! The bathroom has no windows so it is a legal obligation for the extraction system to be working. They say a replacement is due in March but knowing them I wouldn’t take their word for it. Incredibly rude staff over the phone too. So abrupt and dismissive. Terrible company.... Read more

RTM and get them out if you're unfortunate enough to have your property managed by them. - Rip off (charge apartment block with lifts prices for small converted house with stairs) - Zero communication, will send workmen into your house without any prior warning or details on what they are there to do - Rude and obstinate to deal with, hide behind what they are legally compelled to do rather than focusing on good customer service. Will blame everyone else for any complaints against them. - I see people accusing them of being a scam in a lot of places. Can't comment on whether that's a legitimate complaint, but they certainly engage in suspect activity and without any communication about what is going on or why it's happening, it leaves the door open to questions about legitimacy of certain actions. -... Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will do all they can to get as much money out of you. Luckily we have won our RTM battle with them but they owe us the remainder of our service fee and are not providing us with vital information like our insurance policy details. Ronni keeps lying every week saying that he will be providing us with a pack but still nothing!!! I reviewed this company some time ago on Trustpilot. It seems that they are asking for reviews to be removed/edited. I’ve done this but have my doubts about it being available to the public so I’m putting it here as well. All I have done is taken a name out of my review. This company has been and continues to be a horrendous company to deal with. Without going into great detail if you question any of their demands for money you are lucky to get anything other than abrupt one sentence responses telling you that you owe it because it's the law! It's like pulling teeth trying to get information from them and they refuse to provide any evidence of the law apart from random clauses which quite frankly could be taken from any document on the planet. I have been called a liar in response to me informing that I had taken professional advice, and apparently I'm ignorant. Far from a professional company at all and Customer service is obviously non existent.... Read more
