Unfortunately I used them to manage my property. They let it to their friend without doing any reference check. I kept asking for the documents and I never received anything. I handled them the key and moved to the south so couldn't do much about. The tenant had very bad references and bad records with the police. The tenant didn't pay the rent and caused lost of damage to my house. I had to pay a lot of money to evict the house and repair it. All the neighbors suffered from this tenant and the police was involved many times . It is nearly a year and we didn't get our deposit back. We suffered a lot because of this agency and we don't want anyone to go through what we have been through . We are getting the help and the support from Newcastle city council to stop them from doing this to others.

Horrendous company I had my house up for sale and my estate agent sent some muppet from this company round who said he wanted to buy my property. My agent chased them for weeks only to find out that they were looking on behalf of someone else (details they wouldn’t provide to my agent) their client never came back with an offer. Perhaps fairs estates get your clients to do their own research, their own viewings, offers etc instead of wasting my time and my estate agents time. I’m sure that if these clients exist they are wasting your time so why bother to deal with them … total scammers by the looks of things

Tony and his team have rented 3 properties for me recently I would like to personally thank Tony for all his help and his professional approach I would highly recommend him and his team for there very hard work in finding tenants for my properties within weeks once they were advertised
