Cardens of Exeter don’t even deserve 1 star ! Absolute waste of time estate agent . Beverly ( the manager ) Is absolutely horrendous to deal with , Rude ! Ignorant and has no skills what so ever dealing with tenants ! She should not be a manager !!!!! All her responses are dealt via email days after they being sent as she never answers the phone . When she did on the 1 occasion i was greeted with YEAH ! When I stated I was a tenant in need of help with a situation that her ignorance had left me in ! I have pictures , emails , and voice recordings which I will be using as evidence of her neglect as an estate agent manager ! Half of my problems would have been sorted and dealt with had she not been so ignorant and not wanting to do her job properly! I had mould in a bedroom which Beverley ignored ! I had leaking toilets x2 again she ignored ! The loft had gone completely mouldy , and black and full of moisture damaging my property which then to be thrown out ! Ignored by Beverly! the pipe ( stink pipe ) from the toilet was not even attached in the loft properly absolutely stinking the house out of sewage ! Again ignored ! Gaping holes in 2 places which caused an infestation! Again ignored ! Woodlice ants and slugs again ignored ! Sent pictures again ignored ! Then wanting £150 for an item not even in the inventory as was not even in the house when I arrived! An oven liner ??? Wanting a bathroom wall painted as the landlord done a shabby paint job and painted it in matte paint! But expecting me to rectify in silk ? Seals blown on windows letting in a tremendous amount of water and condensation! Again told Beverley and was ignored !! Was told to wash the fabric blinds in a washing machine due to the mould , which of corse Fkd them up told Beverly she ignored !!! Sent her a picture of the blinds completely mashed up and tangled again ignored !!! I don’t know what she does during the day but seems to Email me at 8/9 in the evening !! Unprofessional if I do say so ! We will be taking this a lot further !!! Stay well away from this estate agent even more so Beverley! absolutely awful ! And have left many people upset ! We have friends that currently have 3 properties with cardens who will soon be changing ! As they have also heard of such poor / bad reviews from them ! Now force and sons have joined with them ! Big big mistake and will ruin force and sons reputation, especially as Keira from force and sons was an absolute pleasure to deal with !!!!... Read more
