I just left one of the properties managed by Lanes MK after 2.5 years. I can confirm Lanes MK are an excellent state agent for the Tenants. The property was of high standards and a perfect location.

Lanes failed in doing most basic operations, I can give many examples. The most annoying part is that they are not fair. Don't think that the deposit you leave with them would be kept as you imagine. They generously spend from your deposit for whatever they think is right and without your consent.
I have so poor experience with them. As an organization, they need to live in current time really and care about their customers (of course tenant is not their real customer!!!)

I very rarely feel compelled to write google reviews but Lanes MK, especially Amber left me no choice. Always keep you posted, always come back to you & do what they say they are going to do. Sounds simple but its amazing how many. companies cant do the basics. I would without hesitations recommend Amber & Lanes MK to anyone
