I have used Nava to manage two of my properties in North London. I have been blown away by the transparency and communication with Nava in that time. They have been incredibly helpful, they have a proactive approach to property management as opposed to a reactive approach, a landlords dream!
I speak with the team on a weekly basis to keep updated on my properties and to ensure the tenants are happy. To date, I have had no issues or complaints. I’m extremely pleased with the team at Nava and the services they provide. I will continue to use them for any additional properties I acquire and I would happily recommend them to other landlords in North London.

Please, I beg anyone not to use this terrible company,they are a corrupt money grabbing agent with no morals and respect for anyone.They should not be allowed to run a business,they sure be closed down immediately for what they do to decent innocent people.I honestly could have been made homeless because of this company.They lie and scam people, it's just so unfair what they are getting away with doing.Please avoid them.
If I could I would have taken them to court over the way I was treated by these rogues.

They always add some more money to the rent of the house for themselves.if the rent is 1300£ they give you 1600£and they put 300£ in their own pcket permonth.

Terrible, terrible agent. I can't express enough about how much people shouldn't let their property through this agent. As with the other reviewers here, i can only say that they start off friendly and promise the world for very little return, and then when their tenants start to abuse the property and money becomes an issue, they suddenly become very aggressive and non interested in their responsibilities. Honestly, pay proper money to an agent and get a proper service and tenants. You will be thankful in the end.

Charlatans and liars, how these people stay in business is beyond me. Rude, unreasonable and complacent, property left falling into disrepair. At the time of writing they only have one property listed and I can see why...Avoid dealing with them at all costs, will cause you nothing but headache.

Not happy with company who let's out they flat to the tenants with NO respect to their neighbours!
If you see they RENTING out near by you ..be aware, you might find out that your normal quiet community surrounding street of the home turns into nightmare mess..not gonna go into details as plenty of evidence gathered towards horrid unrespectful tentants by surrounding neighbours on the street!
Total let down, actions will be taken soon!

I have visited many estate agents in the local area and none have been as concise, helpful and friendly as the people in Nava. I would highly recommend Nava as they are lovely people to do business with!

avoid this place as much as you can , they are very good at misdirecting and over charging . this people will take your money and never get it back , word cant describe this agent . i never wish any one experience the things i had with them . just go somewhere else dont try this wired people . funny people .. they say its family business . 9 month i have seen 7 girls in that office . funny enough they all family just from different mother . now they asking for meeting ? lol dont play the same game here . let people see your real face .. jokeeeeee
