The best letting agency I have partnered with since I moved to the UK, hands down! Previous experiences with agencies had poor customer experience and always tried to rip you off, especially when it comes to returning your deposit, but that’s completely the oposite with Paris Lettings! I used Paris Sales & Lettings for many years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They efficiently managed my property during the Lettings period, keeping me fully informed at all times and always finding new tenants expediently. On selling, they arranged many viewings and corresponded efficiently with the tenants in place to ensure all parties were kept happy. Hatty in particular was excellent in dealing with my buyer’s Solicitors who were rather challenging. Completion would have taken much longer was it not for her! Excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.... Read more

I have been using Paris letting services for my rental properties in Bournemouth for past 20 years, I never had any problem with my tenant and if there is a issue with my flat or tenant they would take care of it immediately and very professionaly, all the communication done through email which works great for me since I live in California, rent is deposited to my Account always on time. Also their staff are very professional and very knowledgeable on any aspect of real estate, I would highly recommend Paris letting as it is very hard to find a good letting agent that you can trust to take care of your investments. I have used Paris Lettings to let my property in Bournemouth for at least the past 16 years. The service has always been of a high standard and the staff are extremely professional but with a personal touch - they just seem to go that one step extra when necessary. Although I am always kept informed and my permission is sort when necessary, I do not have the worries of dealing with all the every day comings and goings, repairs, alterations, replacements, redecorating etc. I believe that using Paris Lettings has saved me a great deal of time and possibly money. I highly recommend the company and am very satisfied with the service.... Read more

We have used Paris Lettings as our Management Agent for over ten years. They are efficient, always polite and proficient at their job. I understand that they regularly inspect the properties and advise as to any issues that need addressing. I, as a 'landlord' , am given feedback and deal with any issues, as does the tenant. I feel that in my case, this has led to myself and the tenant maintaining the property to a high standard, which benefits us both. I would absolutely recommend this company without hesitation.... Renters beware! This company charges extortionate fees! We have paid £900 over 7 months to live and vacant one of their properties. They have taken £150 just for a check out fee. They will take this from your deposit no matter what. They completely disregarded the DPS system and deducted our money before we had agreed and closed our file with the DPS. If you question the fees, they do not make any attempt to resolve the issue, instead you receive a sarcastic and patronising reply from Mr Ralph Paris. Awful company, their only focus is the money. Also don't forget to clean finger marks from the doors handles, otherwise they will penalise you in the check out inspection! In the future I would forsake a perfect flat to never have to deal with this company again. Mr Ralph Paris has now decided that he would like to bring court proceedings against us for disputing the deposit deductions. Awful customer service! Avoid at any cost.... Read more
