We were interested in a property that was on the market with Payne's in Balsall Common.so arranged a viewing. Loved the property and wanted to put an offer in so Jack came straight round to our house following the viewing and we had our house on the market the next day. The service from the office was excellent with updates on viewings as well as feedback from the people who had viewed. James at the office was excellent and the service we received was first class. After a fruitless year with other agents, and one who shall be nameless pestering us with promises of picnic hampers and fast sales but no action, we turned to the newly opened Paynes, who found a buyer and got completion in record time.
