Very unhappy with there management of flats.demanded full years payment of service charges without giving option of instalments and then taken to court for refusing to pay.added their own fees on top for letters sent without letting all shareholders aware before in their proposal.Staff are unhelpful and rude.Bascally employing their services to charge extra fees and to be prosecuted. Uses generic leases as legal documents. Disgusting.
