Tom was brilliant - just a really decent honest man who didn't 'sell' to me if you know what I mean. I had encountered so many estate agents who say anything to get the deal but Tom was different and well, normal! The whole process has been very easy and positive from day 1.

Andrew and Tom did a fantastic job of selling my elderly grandmother's property. As a woman in her 90s, moving out of her home was a huge change, and they could not have been kinder to her. They went out of their way to explain things and ensure the process was as smooth as possible. We would highly recommend them.

Andrew and Tom handled the sale of a family property. They are consummate professionals and I would highly recommend them. They know exactly what needs to be done to sell a property; how to communicate effectively with buyers to secure a sale; how to keep property chains on track; and how to bring everything to a successful conclusion. On top of that, they are excellent and timely communicators, and are proactive about keeping their client up-to-date on progress.
