15 minutes on hold to an ' emergency out of hours number' pretty shocking. Hot water element for my electric boiler is always breaking maybe twice a year. But they won't replace the whole thing itself instead expect me to wash up with my shower? Using all my electric up every time it breaks ???? also don't let them do any work in your property. The repair men are as useful as a chocolate teapot. New electric cupboard door fitted but not cut to the right size therefore all the wood has split when opening the door. I'm no carpenter but even I could tell it was fitted very badly

I can not get any information for my LPE1 form. They asked to pay £150 fees and after 2 months decided to do not provide any documents. Worst company I have ever cooperate. Will need to look for legal help. Use less

I lived in one of their properties We had a gale, and the wind blew in loads of fibreglass dust from the attic and holes within airing cupboard,. It went all over my furniture and bedding. Carpet etc, I tried telling them for 3 months! as was beside myself with itching but they said I was imaging it.! They even informed my doctor that I was imagining things,bi stayed with a friend for a couple of weeks as I couldn't cope with the itching, and i then get a letter from housing benefit saying we've had an anonymous call that you are not living in your flat and so we've stopped your benefits so had to sort that out. Had to get environmental health in I subsequently had to move out,! I lost everything, all had to be chucked! Yeah they're great, oh and they treated me like dirt, oh yeah I missed 2 weeks rent earlier that year and eviction proceedings where started! And

Waiting 3 months for two fence panels to be replaced , long list of repairs still pending . The service record of this company is beyond a joke !

Been at my address for just under 25 years. I have had nothing replaced since I moved in. Repair after repair after repair on the same thing. Nothing replaced since the house was built. 3 years I've been waiting for my front door to be replaced and it's been measured up 4 times and I'm still waiting. But it's OK if you move into a property cause you get everything new. Last week the lady over the road had her front door measured up and today she gets a new one. So much for me being top of the list.
Disgusting how they can not take care of their tenants especially when I've been here so long.

No email address. wrote a letter a month ago. Now resorted to 'signed for letter'. Communications dire! Tree in danger of falling on Sovereign property, they don't seem to care. I really don't want to say "I told you so" after the events and someone gets hurt.

Anyone putting anything above 1, has never had to rely on Sovereign doing anything or works for them. Woeful service, complaints procedure and a shocking company.
