New build by the housing Trust, someone who hasn't got any respect for the area leaving rubbish and shopping trolleys . Absolutely awful. Hope this is not what we going to expect from a lovely area.

To simply put it the Wrekin housing group only want to know you when you owe them money(which I don’t). They don’t care about tenancy agreements nor enforcing them when other tenants clearly don’t follow it. As long as you pay them do what you want to the property.

Just had my hot water boiler sorted out, the pressure had dropped so there was no hot water, I called the repair line and the tradesman was out and had it fixed all within 2 hours of making the call, now that’s what I call a job well done. Cheers guys.

Never had an issue with Wrekin housing. Repairs are so quick and if they can't do it the same day they arrange a suitable day around you.

We had problems with their overgrown trees since 2022. Anyway 2023 it caused damage to our gutter and blockage. We have to pay for it to be fixed ad cleaned. They told us they are booked to cut the tree on 16th of Nov, we haven't heard anything. Leaves are falling, gutter will be clogged again and cause damage on our property. A call handler named Katie said we can cut it ourselves! It's very high up, she can start using the ladder herself I'll she wants! If my husband falls and unable to work or die would they pay compensation? What a joke of a company! What a waste of tax! We have been patient enough on this.

Excellent service, staff are professional, helpful and really listen. Repairs are done in 24 or less hours. Waiting lists are reasonable.

A little unorganized. Went with a client to pick up her house keys and we had to wait around forever as they were unable to find them despite being told on the phone that the keys were definitely there. Not something you'd want to hear after driving for hours to get your house keys.
Not a bad company at all just bad communication among staff.
