unfortunately after interacting with this company on 2 occasions first in 2014 when buying a property i found they way they handled my purchase very unprofessional and the lack of professionalism and customer services very poor most recently i made an offer on an investment property the following day they called me to ask how my viewing went i said already made an offer just called back today for an update only to find they had accepted a higher offer over the years i have dealt with a number of estate agents and this ranks as one of the worse i have had to deal with... Excellent customer service and always communicating with all the family.
No matter who contacted them. They were always 100% helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble at all. No matter what time of the day.
If I could give 10 stars I would because their customer service was spot on.
Especially when selling your family home after 61 years, very emotional.
Can’t thank Zest enough. Xx... Read more

False advertimsent the roomi saw was completely different to the one I signed up for. Over paid on the rent by £90 everyone else who moved in after me is paying 380 I'm paying 470. The front door window has been broken twice on an attempted burglary. There no parking but stater there was on the phone. People fighting, arguing none stop outside. Homeless and drug addicts using the bins behind the building to urinate and take drugs. The shop down stairs got an attempted burglary they smashed the windows. Car outside on the street someone smashed it up with a hammer. The other night some smashed into someone's car with a bike. Every morning the cooplands van loads the shop up at 5am banging trays about which wakes you up. I can't sleep on a night there. People constantly looking in the car windows to look for stuff. Everything in Britannia house has been nightmare from day one. I've lost days at work through loss of sleep getting sent home. One fridge between 8 residents, 1 washer. People using your cuterly, pots and pans and not cleaning up after them selfs. Using the kitchen as a bin constantly rubbish piled up at the side of the oven. I would recommend not to move into this property. 2 Lonsdale street, Britannia House Hull, hu3 6pa. I wouldn't deal with the Hull branch. All you get is you've signed a contract. I offered to give then 2 months rent to end the tenancy, which they have declined. Saying they can't as its a legal document. but they can if both party's agree but they won't because it all boils down to money.... Read more

Advertising a flat which has been online a while so plenty of conversations will have taken place and plenty of time for them to review their advert. Turns out there is a nearly £700 service charge and the fact that the property actually has someone living there until November and was told it's both "share of freehold" and leasehold which I thought were different things. None of these important facts were on the advert at all and even during the conversation while I'm asking about what home insurance I need, tenant in situ had to be asked about before I was told. They have now changed the advert but I have lost confidence in this estate agent. Ask every question as you can't presume you are being given the key facts any more it seems.... Read more

Sold properties
Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
