14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Catherine and Antonia were brilliant! really easy going and friendly and did a bit of chasing up for me between solicitors which really assuring for me as I was getting frustrated not hearing from solicitors. I even got a welcome box of goodies and a card from them when picking up my keys to my new house which was unexpected and I didn’t really appreciate it until I opened up later that evening. Lovely surprise and touch from Your move. Highly recommend and they will be my “go to” estate agents should I sell or buy in the future. Thanks very much!!! Andy
18th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Office staff were not impressive and office hours seemed to vary a lot . Not impressed . Didn’t feel they proactively pushed our property even though the property we were buying was also marketed by them . ( double fees)

30th May 2023 (10 mo. ago)Savills were excellent from start to finish. We had an initial visit from Ruaraidh Ogilvie and Stephanie Clarke, and then a subsequent visit from Sandra McGregor. We were then in regular phone and email contact, and I felt that the support was excellent throughout the process. The photos of the house were truly wonderful. I felt the whole process was managed in a very professional manner. I think the Savills mailing list was probably very helpful in ensuring that we got a prompt sale for a good price.

3rd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)All in all, I think I was expecting more than “just adequate” from such a large firm. I use another solicitor in the firm for my personal/business matters who performs on a much higher level than the property squad. There seems to be a lot of staff dealing with the booking of viewings, so a lot of of double calls/emails about individual viewing requests. A word file property questionnaire, which was completed at the start and emailed back, never seemed to be referred to. This led to being constantly asked to answer questions which could have been answered by checking it. Staff, however much they were briefed about my desires and needs for the sale of a post divorce renovate and sell (so a financial cut and run with a low end figure on my end of what I’d accept), could never take it upon themselves to act proactively on my behalf and it always seemed like I had to make the strategy as to how to go about the sale of a house. Communication wasn’t great around the time of the initial sale date and little came in terms of updates, especially as it was a weekend. I expected some information on the Monday. In the end I emailed on Wednesday to get information, all of which I thought I shouldn’t have to make the first move on.

Once agreed Ashley and Dawn get the process moving quickly with exceptional communication all the way. Their marketing is super modern with use of professional photographer / videographer, using inside and outside shots and drone footage. Really showcased our flat in the best possible light and got a lot of attention and traction. They handled the negotiations with potential buyers very well, keeping us in the loop and following our guidance. We felt we were in very safe hands. The evidence was shown by the sale going through less than a week after the flat went on the market - and that in December! A brilliant team, they're friendly, professional and work to the very highest standards. If you’re thinking of selling give them a call. ????- This agent doesn't have any reviews
